buen grip

This bar tape is great! The tiny bit of padding seems to be just enough, the texture is also just satisfying enough without being annoying. The oilslick pattern is also just enough to be sparkly, awesome and not obnoxious.

Take your time fitting, great product

i'm adding a remote dropper post to my recently acquired 2010 Tarmac Elite so i'll be tearing into the bar tape to install the dropper remote lever. idk how the bar stuff will go down but good to know SPECIALIZED is still supporting their product afta all these years!! 😉

The foam backing of the tape was cracked in a number of places leading to the outer tpu portion of the taped stretching and leaving gaps in the padding. Must have been an old roll. I examined a new package at a bike shop and it sure looks like they changed the backing material.

Great tape ! It has a very nice feel to it without gloves and is super grippy. It's perfect when wearing gloves. It also lasts a long time.
