O Shuffle 2 apresenta um tamanho específico orientado para crianças e nosso sistema de ajuste SX, para ajudar a mantê-lo adequadamente ajustado e confortável, sempre que for usado. O divisor de teia tri-fix fácil de usar torna a obtenção de um ajuste ”sem complicações” incrivelmente simples, e um capacete que eles vão implorar para usar.
A espuma de menor densidade é mais macia e ajuda a aumentar o gerenciamento de energia dentro do capacete, algo que aprendemos ao desenvolver nosso capacete profissional de downhill, o Dissident II. Para nós, todo ciclista - grande ou pequeno - merece o mesmo nível de inovação e esforço no capacete.
Aumentar a quantidade de qualquer espuma dentro de um capacete aumenta o tamanho geral. Mas para o Shuffle 2 LED, nossa adição de 18% a mais de espuma de baixa densidade aumentou o capacete em apenas 5%. Mesmo com mais espuma, o Shuffle 2 ainda mantém um peso leve sem obstruir a visão, garantindo que seus menores pilotos possam se mover livremente e enxergar o próximo obstáculo.

Through an exclusive partnership with KTH Royal Institute of Technology (KTH) and Mips, we shared our helmet’s CAD designs and studied the malleable skulls of young children with Finite Element Analysis (FEA). Because children’s heads are softer and still growing, using low density foam - and more of it - was the outcome of this partnership.
DATA DRIVEN INNOVATION: Coming out of our KTH and Mips partnership, the Shuffle 2 had increased the amount of low density foam inside by 18%, only growing the overall size of the helmet by 5%.
COMFORT: The Shuffle 2 may have the latest and greatest technology inside, but that only matters when the helmet is worn properly. That’s why Shuffle 2 features specific child oriented sizing and our SX headset fit system, to help it stay properly fitted and comfortable, whenever it is worn. The easy-to-use tri-fix web splitter makes getting a ‘fuss-free’ fit incredibly simple, all adding up to a helmet they’ll beg to wear.
UNLEASH THEIR IMAGINATION: On the outside, the Shuffle 2 comes in energetic colors sure to inspire fun and creativity from adventure-hungry kids. The included sticker pack offers a retro vibe with a modern twist with bright graphics and lettering for even more personalization. After all, getting our young riders excited enough to want to wear their helmet everyday is the number one goal.
