Excelente produto, da um pouco de trabalho pra instalar, pois tem q desmontar o câmbio da frente, gostei muito do resultado, é bem firme, instalado numa Rockhopper Comp 29 x2 tamanho L

Uso há mais de cinco anos e a mola continua firme como nova. Muito discreto e vale a pena, a relação peso-benefício é excelente!

I installed this on my SirrusX 4.0 XL bike. Install is simple, but I needed to shorten the length by a bit over 1/2 inch. The quality of the product is excellent, but I gave 4 stars because I think Specialized does a poor job of describing the product. They should list which frames it fits and that the kickstand may need to be altered.

This kickstand does the job well, center mount and tucks away well. Not like the non brand name that got in the way of peeling. So if you want a kickstand , this is it.

Easy enough to install and does the job. Base of kickstand could be a little wider to avoid tipping which has happened a few times if stand is slightly off centre

Other than not easy to install, it is a good kickstand for the rock hopper 2.7. No need to cut it down.

Looks great, holds my bike well, snaps down and stays down. Took off 2 starts because the bolt uses some unusually large hex wrench size that I didn't have. Ended up tightening it down painfully with needle nose pliers. Still not all the way tight. There's no excuse for using such a big goofy size for this bolt-- it's not a sprocket or pedals, just a bolt. Get over yourselves, Specialized, this isn't a complex part. Put a standard size hex you might get at a hardware store, or a screwdriver tip, or rachet... literally dozens of better options that would attach just as well. Or, provide a little hex that fits the size like Ikea.

Great product! I wanted a bike stand for my Sirrus size Medium. This fit perfectly with no adjustments needed to make the bike stand correctly.

This elegant and functional kickstand is a great addition for my medium frame Sirrus X 4. The height of the stand is perfect right out of the box. Based on other reviews I was thinking the stand may have been too tall and would need a cut down. Well, not so. As I ordered this kickstand about two months after I took delivery of the bike, the only DIY installation hiccup encountered was not having a big enough Allen wrench. Amazingly I was able to get it pretty tightly on with my hands alone but then I went to a local shop where I had the part shipped in from Specialized for help. A big shout out to Flo’s Wheels in Hoboken, NJ for the quick tightening with their 8mm Allen wrench and I was good to to go.

So this fits and works fine. I didn't have the necessary tool, so I ended up having a friend help with a large screwdriver then finally took it to my bike shop to have it installed properly on my tune up. The allen wrench needed should be included with the item.

This is a very solid and high quality stand, it fits perfectly my SIrrus X Please note that you will have to cut it if you have a SM size bike like me, otherwise it will not have the correct leaning angle.

Fit my Sirrus X, but I had to cut off 17mm with my hack-saw (the Specialized support guy told me I would before I ordered it). A cinch to mount!

The finish on this kickstand is nice and it nicely fits my Sirrus X 2.0. The material seems sturdy and resistant. Hope it proves to be a good as it seems.

Works for our rockhopper expert 29. Have to install in a precise location to avoid the tire and foot while pedaling, but it works and is the right height for this bike.

Although you would think it’s just a kick stand, functionally it serves its purpose. However the look, sleekness and matching color to the black bike is awesome.

Montado na Rockhopper tamanho M. Bom material. Mola bastante forte. Bem discreto, mas, por não possuir sapata na extremidade, provavelmente tenha dificuldade para firmar em solos menos rígidos.

Great quality but very tight fit.

It’s ok. A bit on the long side for the Sirrus X 4.0 imo. The new tires got a little low on air and the bike tipped over. A stand with a better angle or less height wouldn’t’ve prevented that.

I bought this for my 29 inch Rockhopper and it fits perfectly. When retracted, it sits tight to the frame and provides no obstruction. It is a solid, all metal, construction with a nice durable powder coat finish. Overall a great addition to the bike.

You will need an 8mm Allen key for the install. No room for a ratchet and socket hex tool - on my bike at least. Also there is no top plate with this kickstand which is really a shame. The bolt and supplied lock washer will not hold this to the bike frame very well. Just not enough clamping surface under the small washer. Either a larger flat washer or a home made plate will be needed in my opinion. There is a fine margin of maybe 1 cm or so between hitting the tire or hitting the pedal so the kickstand must be secured into place correctly. I will be using blue loctite and a plate I’ll make for this to work on my rockhopper. The hydraulic brake line is also very close to the pivot of the stand but shouldn’t interfere with it. But something to watch for. I bought this stand knowing I would have to play around with it to get it to work perfect. If you’re handy you should be ok. If you don’t know what an 8mm Allen key is you should continue resting the bike against a tree.

Fits perfect with our rockhopper.

It fit my 2022 rockhopper sport 29. It does move around a little and the clearance is very close but it works.

I’m new to the mountain bike + child trailer game. Purchased the small Specialized Rockhopper & didn’t realize that kickstands don’t come standard. Purchased, heavy duty & fits perfectly. Stabilizes the bike while the child trailer is attached so I don’t have to lean it on a tree or lay the good looking biking on the pavement. Definitely recommend!

2022 Specialized Rockhopper Comp fit perfectly and does the job. 💯

The kickstand is great, but there is really no reason that the bike should have shipped without it— or at least make it a free option so those who do not want it can decline it.

It would be nice to have a chart for what bikes this fits. After reading through other reviews, I bought this for my small Crossroads 2.0. It works great! I am very happy with it. It was a bit tricky to get started threading because of the tight space, but it works like a charm and hold my bike up at a good angle.

Bought 2, for a Crosstrail and Ariel Sport. Easy to mount. Match the style of the bikes nicely. No adjustments for length needed.

This kick stand is awesome. Matches perfect and is very solid. Reading others reviews... I understand their frustration, they need to realize the kickstand needs to be fitted to the bike. You need to cut it down. You want approximately 15 degrees off of vertical. Hope this helps! Cheers! Be safe!

Looks great (since matches the bike's black trim), and perfect angle (of bike lean) for a Medium (adult) Crossroads 2.0, which has a center mount. I think the kickstand should have been included with the bike. For the market that bike is targeted for, I can't imagine too many being concerned about the extra ~1# of wt. It was difficult to start and tighten the nut because the front gear shifter prevented a good angle for the allen wrench to work (& had to use the wrench short end). Could only turn it a quarter turn at a time. BTW, I agree with another reviewer that Specialized needs to list which bikes its compatable with. When ordering I had to just hope it wasn't made for a child's size bike.
