All too often, corners are cut to meet price-points in the entry-level road bike market, but the Allez redefines what it means to be "entry level." Focusing on weight, refinement, and reliability like nothing else in its class, the Allez is the first to make these technologies accessible to everyone. Whether you're just getting into road cycling, commuting, or looking for a new bike, the Allez is just as performance-packed as it is versatile.

For the build, this Allez features reliable Shimano Claris shifting, durable Axis Sport alloy wheels, our new super-comfy Body Geometry Bridge saddle, and well-protected Espoir Sport tires.

  • Not only does a lightweight bike feel better when you're climbing up a hill, but it's also essential when you're carrying your bike up to the 5th floor, and this was at the forefront of the frame design. With a redesigned E5 Alloy frame, the Allez features a class-leading weight. Aggressively thin-walled, yet tough, tubes have been implemented to save weight and this results in over a 450g (1-pound) reduction in the frame and fork alone when compared to some models of yesteryear.

  • Entry-level road bikes often times feature either alloy or cheap carbon fiber forks that greatly detract from the overall ride quality. But with a full FACT carbon fiber fork, the Allez is better handling, smoother riding, and lower in weight—floating over rough chip-seal and carving through corners like a slalom skier.

  • For the geometry, we developed the Allez by utilizing our vast Retül fit database. This meant creating a geometry that's sure to cover a broad range of positions, while still providing the performance-minded handling you'd expect from your first bike.

  • This Allez also features integrated rack and fender mounts, allowing you to get weight of your backpack off you and onto a lightweight rack. This not only makes for a good road bike, but it also enables you to transform it into a fast commuter.

I commute with it everyday!

This is the best entry level commuting, comfort and fast bike. It gets me into cycling to work everyday. Keeping up with all those non Professional super biker along the freeway without issue. Love it! Highly recommended for your first road bike. I am looking to upgrade mine for a better geared bike. Shimano Claris isn't enough for me now. :)

Excellent bike!

I bought my Allez almost two years ago now so I feel confident in saying this has been a great road bike. I had test rode a few and the Allez just fit me like a glove. After a basic fitting, this bike is really a joy to ride!

Awesome road bike

Bought my Allez a year ago with the intention of teaching myself to bike commute full-time with it. A year in, I’m in love with it. For an “entry-level” road bike, it feels great and rides really well. The worst I can say about it is what you’ll find in every professional review - the stock TekTro brakes are “meh” at best. Some riders will notice they require more hand squeeze and feathering than they might want ideally, I switched them out for Shimano brakes a month ago, and now they’re gold. Again though, it was not a huge dealbreaker problem. They were just average. If you really wanted, you could also easily swap out the stock Axis Sport wheels for something lighter and a little smoother. For my commuter bike, it hasn’t come up as a problem so far. Overall, it’s an awesome road bike for the price. It’s smooth and well built, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a decent road bike.

I love it! ❤

I got this bike as my first road bike, after have ridden a hybrid for a couple of months. I got it at the end of September and have been riding it indoors and outdoors every single day. I've used it mostly on trails, but I have ventured out in the street in the dfw area a coupleoftimes. I have absolutely no complaints. I live on the third floor of an apartment building and I can confidently say, it's light enough to carry up and down the stairs without getting tired... even after a 100k ride.

Great bike that delivers!

I purchased my Allez in the summer of 2021 and have put more than 360 miles on the bike. I ride it primarily on bike trails and side streets in East Dallas. The bike has consistently been great and I am very happy with my purchase. I rode a Diamondback hybrid for several years, but wanted more performance and the Allez has been a great choice.

Best BIke Ever!

I love everything about this bike. I am so glad I made the switch from Trek to this one. I never imagined I would find so many good things about this ride. I had to wait a year for my model to come in and it was well worth the wait. If you are on the fence, then jump on to this bike and ride away! You won't be sorry.

Perfect Entry-Level Road Bike

Such a smooth, well-rounded entry-level road bike with enough tech and bell/whistles to elevate it above Big Box Store options (aka: What serious novice riders want, without spending a fortune in the process). Make your mistakes on the Allez and learn from the Allez, then figure out how you want to scratch the itch for more expensive options later. It's the gateway drug of road bikes in the best possible way :) Zero regrets. Zero regrets.

Excellent first bike

If you want to start cycling and see if you enjoy, it is a very good bike to start. It is versatile enough to go on longer ride and hilly ride. Very reliable, comfortable, and easy to manœuvre. You cannot ask too much as well, the groupset is the biggest limit on this bike, but well maintain it will do the job as long as you are not competing. I've been riding my Allez for a year and half now and I had no issue, and I am quite happy about it, especially as it fulfill all my expectations. Good bike if you want to train and start cycling.

My Absolute Favorite Bike

I have the matte black bike and it is INCREDIBLE. It's stylish, sleek, and a very smooth ride. I'm an entry level cyclist in the city so it's perfect for rides going in and out of cars and alongside the lake.

Great Value and Great Quality

I love the finish on the bike especially the matte black. It is sleek! The components are very good and I love the internal cable routing. I even take this bike on gravel trails and it glides right through along side gravel bikes that cost three times as much. But it shines on tarmac; I can ride on this bike for hours! I will also be getting one for my wife.
