Women's Dolce Gel

Love this saddle, it's seriously comfortable. I put it on my gravel bike, and after 2 months one rail started to bend. After a few weeks, I just noticed the other rail is broken at the rear bend in the rail. Taking it back to warranty. I love this saddle, so I really want it to work. I'm trying a seatpost with some longer rail supports to see if I can get the new one to not break.

The guy at the Specialised shop sorted my sizing out (155), and I chose the Avatar for comfort on longer rides on my training bike. Was so impressed , I ordered the higher featured version for my competition bike. A little extra weight to some, but the comfort is worth it. Must be about 6 years later, I am still using them. Glad they are still available !

My touring saddle! Comfortable yet fast!

After a year of riding, one of the steel support rails sheared through. I bought the saddle directly from Specialized, so I contacted their Rider Care for warranty support. It took four days to get a reply asking for a picture. I sent a picture of the damage that night. It has now been more than two weeks since I sent the picture, and three since my initial request, and I have heard nothing more despite sending another email requesting an update. This level of so-called support is completely unacceptable. I will not be buying Specialized parts and accessories in the future.
