VERSATILE: Ride beyond the horizon with everything you need. The speed limit at which the motor will stop supporting may vary significantly by region and is based on local requirements. It may also affect range: a higher speed limit may result in less range.

  • Specialized Full Power 2.0 Motor with 70Nm of torque and a 710Wh Battery deliver incredible, seamless pedal assistance and long lasting-battery life. With a ride-anywhere range, go up to 86 miles (140 km) or 6.5 hours on a single charge (eco mode).

As advertised

This bike does everything "as advertised" - very well. It is a joy to commute around town and handles less technical (blue) trails with ease. I have taken this bike on some off-road adventure rides (gravel roads/jeep trails) and was also able to ride it to the trailhead and back home, not many other bikes can cover all those needs. There are, of course, other bikes that are better at specific riding situations, but this bike does most everything across the board quite well.

Good but not the rear rack

Everything about this bike is great except its rear rack. Its sit too low for about any pannier. Only 30 cm pannier will fit. Try finding a pannier for commuting with a laptop that can fit this, your choice is not large.

Meets its mission

This bike fulfills it’s mission of being a capable light singetrack bike that’s also a comfortable daily city ride. The motor and power delivery are excellent and more than enough for both scenarios, as is the suspension. I was skeptical that this bike would meet my desire to have 1 bike especially from the trail side, but it has proven capable and fun on the RVA singletrack. Riding an e-bike has made for some rider adjustments (line selection, speed and timing), but no more climb dread, and I find I ride further even though I keep the assist at the lowest level). I also ride around the city and neighborhood more, given the ease, speed and convenience of integrated lights. I use the added rear bucket attachment to haul items from the farmers market or grocery store. The control display is excellent and the app is helpful for detailed settings. Tempted to deduct a point for the forgettable stock pedals and massive price tag, but there’s nothing else comparable to this rig.

Great bike, but...

I got mine in March and have put over 500 miles on it up to now, mid May. It's a great bike, and does well at exactly what I wanted it to, which is commuting and light single track. Not so hot, the battery case was broken when I picked up bike, the bell broke after one month, the kickstand almost fell off, the placement of headlight makes bar bags impossible, the app won't sync with my bike, and I wish the cage mount on bottom bracket had something that could hold a tube and tools. Range is fine, handling is great, brakes are fantastic, and the dropper is very functional. The bike is just let down by the details, and doesn't feel as well built as my early 90's stumpy. I'd recommend the bike, but...
