This is a great fitting MTB helmet. It stays snug and was very comfortable on all-day bike packing rides. I rode with it in fall weather when it was a bit cooler, but it seems the ventilation is very good as well.

El casco se ve muy bien y tiene buen ajuste, sin embargo, las correas qué van del mentón a la parte de atrás de la cabeza no pueden ajustarse, están fijas y sólo tiene un ajuste al frente, lo que hace que queden flojas y por lo tanto, el casco no cumpla al cien su función de seguridad.

I’m a big fan of the Ambush Comp! My old helmet (an Ambush) was aged and was showing its wear. For safety purposes, I knew it was time to replace it. The Ambush Comp has a great fit and easy closure. It’s highly adjustable and well ventilated. The adjustments are easy and sturdy.

this is my second one of these, I cracked the first one but I think it saved me from the impact so going the same again.

I bought this helmet on 5/2022 so it is almost a year old. I have never had to test it (thank god) but today the two plastic rods that go into the dial broke while I was tightening the helmet as I always release the tension when I take it off. I was very disappointed since I have always believed that Specialized is a great brand. I have the Stumpy Comp carbon 2023. The fit was perfect for me but the shell did look a bit oversized but for me comfort is more important. Comfort is 5 stars. I had to buy a Giro because I was about to start a group ride. Very disappointed 😔

A bit disappointed with this helmet. The helmet itself is good, but the inner doesn't tighten enough despite the helmet being for even smaller heads than mine. Also the straps that go round the back of the head are not adjustable, and they are too long, so are loose when I wear the helmet, which makes you wonder what the point of them is. I had to replace my old Specialized helmet due to an accident, it had better features, such as the dial on the back which was much easier to use. I'm a bit disappointed as it's a $150 helmet.

Buen casco, es cómodo, recomendaría que le agregaran una pequeña funda cubriendo la correa que pasa bajo la quijada ya que causa un poco de molestia al rodar.

Es un casco muy lindo, súper cómodo, liviano y muy seguro! Se ajusta perfecto!

Purchased 2 weeks ago. 4 trail rides and 2 road rides. Fits beautifully, nice and light, and plenty of ventilation.......and a life saver. Memory lapse made me forget don't cross rail lines at an angle. Front wheel slid out from under me and I hit the steel deck hard. According to my app I was unconscious for about 10 minutes. Dented outer shell and good amount of cracked inner foam. CT and X-ray show everything ok, and hate to think what the outcome would have been without a helmet, or a cheap poor quality helmet. Off to buy a new one.

The helmet fits better than my past helmets, by a long shot. I bought it because it has a visor for riding into the sun, however the visor doesn't drop far enough to do much of anything. We'd like a way to rework the visor to make it usable.

El casco que compre es muy bueno y cumple con las necesidades que requiero, sin embargo y de acuerdo a las imágenes que promocionan el producto, pensé que el mismo venia con el Dispositivo ANGI desafortunadamente después que llego... ( Excelente Servicio... al otro Dia!!) no venia con el mismo y la aclaración que el proveedor da es que solo viene con el socket para instalarlo, situación que no me gusto, pero reitero, el producto es de muy buena calidad.

Great fit. Comfortable when cinched. Feels like it wraps around my head all the way around without any pinch points. The movable visor is great for climbing so it doesn’t block views. Hopefully I will never have to test the crash or MIPS. Light weight.

Got this for my fiance as a Christmas gift. He has a big head so I originally ordered the XL but had to return for the L. He loves the looks of it and can't wait to use it.

I previously owned a similar Specialized helmet and it saved me from serious injury due to a serious accident. Helmet split open from the impact but no concussion or serious head injury. Looking forward to the same protection and love the lightweight and open ventilation of this helmet and would recommend it.

Needed a gift for our Grandson. The helmet arrived quickly and Grandson loved it. As a grandparent, how can anything so light protect his head?

This helmet and the MIPS brain protection system saved my life. I had a bad accident splitting the helmet in half but no head trauma thanks to the helmet protecting my head. I would recommend this helmet and any other Specialized helmet with this same construction.

Helmets are all about fit and protection. This one hits both of these notes perfectly and looks pretty cool too. Very comfortable, lightweight, and not overly bulky. With the basic adjustment at the back, internal fit system molds perfectly to the head. Visor is ample and easy to adjust. Very sturdy, full coverage brings peace of mind. I have no doubt that this will protect the noggin well on the inevitable day I decide to get a little too-rad out on the hill.

Helmet have very good build quality and excellent fit,very lightweight,mips system it's great ,tri fix straps are ideal an I have only one drawback,the o ring in the lock mechanisation where you tight up strap should be larger and tighter cause during the ride have a tense too loose by sweat and pressure . Angi works first time without the verification code was in the package, ,maybe an update to the system that come immediately,and it's a piece of cake to activate her before a ride You should build a gogle visor (glasses) to be able to change the enduro sun visor ,that should be a great option

Love the fit, style, and looks of this helmet. But went over handlebars on my MTB last Wednesday... separated my shoulder, bruised my back, and smacked my head pretty hard and Angi didn't send a text like advertised, but head was protected. Specialized app was recording the ride, don't know what went wrong with Angi.

I use the for riding around the neighborhood. Lightweight, comfortable, and high quality. A great helmet.

This weekend i flipped over my bars on a downhill course, broke my collar bone and bruised my hip but my head is totally fine. Cracked the helmet above my ears on both sides, definitely would get another one but im going full face from now on. Nice and lightweight and was comfortable the whole 5 hour day. Even wore it down the 1 hour walk down the mountain and forgot i had it clipped on still.

I purchased this helmet and I would definitely recommend this comfortable helmet. The fit is perfect with the adjustable roll adjuster. The helmet is very light and has good visibility. I also like the adjustable visor that moves easily with click adjustments. Good ventilation and fits great.

I've had around six helmets in 25 years of riding MTB and this is by far the most comfortable helmet I've ever owned. Every other helmet has given me a headache but not this one. It's super stylish and has ample cover at the back and the airflow is awesome. I received a lot of positive comments on how good it looks from others on the trail too.

This is my second ambush comp. The first one was so nice someone took it. My second ambush comp with ANGi has been amazing. It's light and is well ventilated. I'm a sweater and this helmet doesn't drip in my face as bad as other helmets have. The visor is easily adjustable for googles and provides protection against the random branch. ANGi is the greatest add on for biker safety. I can alert my contact when I go on a ride and And for how long, if I don't end my ride by that time they get notified. ANGi also notifies your contact when your helmet makes contact with an object suddenly if you don't shut it off within 90 seconds. If you need help this will get it. Great safety feature for me because I ride mostly by myself. Soooo, I'm now ready for my third Ambush Comp because I had my all time endo and cracked the helmet. I'm remember landing on my head and thinking that wasn't too bad I've had worse. I believe it's because the helmet has MIPS and provides additional coverage protection.

I have had this helmet a few months now, and it has made me feel so much better about riding by myself on the trails or out on my road bike knowing that if I were to crash that my emergency contact would be notified. In the fall and winter I ride in the evenings, and it is common that I won't pass a single person on the trail. I had a scary crash a couple seasons ago where I was out alone and hit my head (hard enough to crack my helmet in half) - the ANGI technology would have been so helpful for my friends to locate me and provide help.

excellent comfort. the lid provides a sense of comfort for me because i have crashed previously and hit my lips. living in florida i always worry about my helmet over heating my head and this one does not. it fits well, not heavy and has the angi to also allow me to give warning if i was to crash. love the colors and comfort of this helmet
