  • Super-light FACT IS 11m full carbon frame with dedicated 29er geometry, PF30 BB, sealed cartridge bearing pivots and 142mm dropouts delivers the all-around best performing 100mm-travel Competitive XC bike

  • Specialized/Fox remote Mini-Brain inertia-valve shock with Kashima coating and 2012 tune to seamlessly transition from efficient pedaling on smooth terrain to fully active on rough terrain

  • Custom RockShox SID World Cup 29 fork with Specialized Brain inertia-valve damping has 100mm of air-sprung travel and a carbon steerer tube to create the most efficient and supple cross-country fork available

  • S-Works carbon single-bolt 30.9mm seatpost takes this already featherweight package to its absolute minimum without sacrificing stiffness or strength

2012 Epic S-Works (Phenomenal)

2012 Epic S-Works, still the Best Bike!! To mention some of the races this bike has done: 1 x Wines2Wales 1 x Sani2C 1 x RSA Epic 6 x Desert Dash 2 x Munga 2 x Race 2 Sun 1 x Beast of the East 1 x 36One 2 x The Rock, Spitskoppe 1 x Omaruru Classic Invitational 1 x Pick&Pay Cycle Classic Many, many smaller local races in Namibia and RSA, 10’ of 1000’ of Km’s Desert Riding, Gravel riding, Bush single track, Jeep Track riding and open road riding, etc. Hours and Hours in the saddle and still the best bike ever. Well maintained and NEVER4sale!! If all goes well in 2025, Training for another 401km DesertDash, 1150km Munga and 180km Race 2 Sun, etc. Thank you for all the effort and detail that went into this machine. Eugene Smith 2024
