My favorite MTB shoes yet!

What I like most about these shoes is the single boa dial, making it super easy to adjust the entire shoe tighter or looser, while on the fly! I bought these right before the 2018 Dakota 5-0 Race, in Spearfish, SD. I was worried that new shoes might give me issues on a punishing 50 mile ride, but they worked awesome! I set a personal best time on the racecourse and my feet were the last thing on my mind... which is the way it should be. I pride myself on being able to clean almost any technical climb so I don't spend much time hiking my bike, but when I do I experience a little bit of heel slippage in these shoes, it doesn't bother me much, but it would be my only complaint about these shoes. Otherwise, they are solid! - Nick Ybarra

Does anyone know what the stiffness index on the sole of the shoe mean?

Great shoe.

Use these while riding my hybrid bike. As soon a I started using them I could feel power transfer while pedaling. Felt even better while riding up a steep hill with no bending. I owned a similar pair a few years ago and they were good. These however are made much better. Had to take off the lug from the front and now has an empty hole. Would be nice if they came with something to fill it while not using them. Only issue with the shoe, but will have to find something to put in place.
