The advantages of the next generation S-Works 6 shoes can be summed up in two simple phrases—explosive speed and superior comfort. The speed comes as a direct result of an incredible fit and better connection, delivering more efficiency and power to the pedals. Meanwhile, the new PadLock™ heel, combined with some outright revolutionarily strong and lightweight materials in the upper, creates a snug fit that's incredibly secure. The result? You have a shoe that helps transfer more of your energy into the pedals when you crank up the watts. Add to this the legendary performance and adjustability of the dual-Boa® closure system and the S-Works 6 becomes more than just a shoe, it allows you and your bike to work seamlessly together with maximum efficiency.

  • Body Geometry sole and footbed are ergonomically designed and scientifically tested to boost power, increase efficiency, and reduce chance of injury by optimizing hip, knee, and foot alignment.

  • Our stiffest and lightest FACT Powerline™ (patent-pending) carbon plate to maximize power transfer: Stiffness Index 13.0.

  • Dyneema® Cubic Tech™ directional fibers are thermobonded to create no stretch zones for ultimate connection.

  • Independent Boa® S2-Snap dials for on-the-fly micro-adjustment, backed by the Boa® Lifetime Guarantee.

  • PadLock™ molded heel and one-piece stroble upper for superior fit.

  • Titanium alloy cleat nuts can rotate to position pedal/cleats 5mm rearward.

  • Non-slip, replaceable heel tread with internally recessed screws for security.

  • Form Fit last with roomy toe box for the ultimate in connectivity and comfort.

  • Three-bolt cleat pattern fits all major road pedals.

  • Approximate weight: 224g (1/2 pair, Size 42)

I'm glad I got the Wide Option

Before I bought this shoes I read reviews where they noticed the shoe being stiff . I'll tell you that you need to break them in . In the wide version there is room for your toes while maintaining a nice snuggle. Two years after they came out buy with a very handsome discount from Specialized I would definitely recommend these shoes.

Toes too tight

I love the fit through the heel and arch but my outside toes get squished.

Power AND comfort - ordered ""wide"" version

Have searched high and low for a quality road bike shoe with a slightly wider toe box for hard to fit feet. This is the perfect fit - a bit of extra room in the toe box - but not so much that my foot is floating around, the heel is snug so there is no slippage and the boa dials allow for an adjustable fit on the fly. These are worth every penny and then some.

My 2nd pair of S-Works shoes. Not my last.

My last pair of shoes were also Specialized S-Works and they were awesome so I went for a newer model when I needed new shoes. These are high-end shoes. Everybody has different shaped feet but if these fit your feet then you then you can't do any better, IMO. This new model is hard to get in to. I wouldn't wear them for a shorter triathlon for that reason. But, once they are on, they are superb.

Best shoes I've ever owned.

Extremely comfortable fit. Ultra light weight. I love these shoes so much I've purchased 3 pair (white, red and blue).

Lightest shoe I have.

Don't get me wrong, this is a great shoe. Lightweight and soft leather upper and stiff sole. I have been a fan of the Specialized mid priced Expert road shoe for years. I thought I'd move up and try the S works road shoe. This S Works shoe doesn't fit me as well as the Torch 3.0 (formerly Expert) shoe. I'm not disappointed, but for me the Torch 3.0 is as good as I need for this 20mph rider.

S-works shoes my Goldilocks

I have been wearing S-works shoes since I got back into riding 7 years ago. I am not a racer, just love to ride my bike and have my gear function. I have a very high arch and other shoes were not snug enough across the front of my foot. The double boa was and is my goldilocks.

Say goodbye to hot spots

I was getting hit spots on the ball of my feet that hurts so bad it was making my rides unbearable! I switched to the these shoes but kept my Specialized insoles & not only did my hot spot disappear but I love how responsive every pedal stroke is... definitely recommend for comfort & performance. Be mindful that the heel is tight & takes a bit to break in but no discomfort with it.

Everything they claim to be

I've got about a year and 5K miles on a pair of SWorks 6 road shoes. This is the 3rd pair of Specialized SWorks shoes I've owned, so i was prett sure I'd like them. I was surprised how different they are than the previous pairs I've had. They're comfortable, super light, and super stiff, but have held up better to wear and tear. Overall, they just feel more minimalist, and I feel more connected to my bike than ever before.
