direct mount reserve rack

This deserves first prize for the poorest design. With a 600ml bottle of water the whole lot fell off at about 87ks. The screws are under tension and bending. If I use HT screws with a longer threads and loctite , I am fearful it will pull out the threaded sockets in the seat. Another shock absorbing strut is needed on the lower end of the rack (to fix to seat tube?). Not Good.
