I recently got serious about doing some trail riding and enjoying life. I'm having a blast and my rockhopper makes me feel like I've been riding off road all my life. My previous bike was much lower quality"" not being a snob"" but it was the reason I could not seriously enjoy trails before. Now with a bike that can perform I'm loving it and getting deeper into cycling. I'm completely happy with my purchase.

I have a Rockhopper expert i bought last year. I have about 220 miles all trail miles and the perfoemance has been great. I wasnt crazy about the color choices for last year but thats my only complaint. Good bike, feels great, good jumper.. I enjoy it everytime i ride. I upgraded the tires to Maxxis and some specialized equipment pedals and rolled out.

It's so like, brakes are great. This is my first mountain bike and I love it. I read the other review, it was probably a fluke. Either an operator error or an error in assembly. I'm very happy with this purchase and would certainly recommend to a friend. My dad and older brother always rode specialized. My sister and I both just purchased rockhopper and they're great.

After waiting a week for this bicycle to be put together, within the first five minutes of me riding this bike the front forks aluminum casting vertically sheared and send me to the ground instantaneously on flat ground while only performing basic maneuverability of the brand new bicycle!! I instantly brought the bicycle back to the bike shop where I purchased it and the mechanic and of the owner of the place said they never seen anything like it ever. They took the bike from me and tried to offer me a better one in return but unfortunately I am now in no condition to even sit on a bike. I asked the store owner what is going on with the bike and he's opening his own case for quality control and has to send it back to the manufacturer, And recommend I do the same
