Baanbrekende Endurance Geometrie

De geometrie van de Roubaix zorgt voor een “IN“ de fiets, niet “OP“ de fiets gevoel dat ideaal is voor lange ritten. Hij ontlast je handen, armen en schouders, maar is toch klaar om elke kronkelige bergafgang met vol gas te ontleden.

Meer Ruimte, Meer Mogelijkheden

Met bandenmogelijkheden tot 40mm levert deze endurance wegmachine betere tractie dan ooit op ruwe wegen en zelfs op licht grind. We hebben hem voorzien van alle bevestigingspunten die je nodig hebt voor je avonturen - drie bidonhouders, bevestigingspunten voor de bovenbuis en hij is zelfs geschikt voor spatborden.

Aero en Lichtgewicht aan de top van de klasse

De nieuwe Roubaix SL8 is onze meest aerodynamische tot nu toe, met een nieuwe vorkvorm, een vernieuwde onderbuis en verlaagde staande achtervork. Met een gewicht van slechts 825 gram is het frame 50 gram lichter, door gebruik te maken van de lessen die we geleerd hebben van de Aethos en ons hoogwaardige Fact 12r carbonmengsel. Niets in zijn klasse is sneller of lichter.

COMPLIANCE: Future Shock 3.0 is the star of the show, more tunable, adjustable, and durable than ever. Now, regardless of position on the bike, every rider experiences 20mm of smooth, stiction-free travel between the stem and head tube. Future Shock helps keep your hands and bars steady for a smoother ride with more control to stay fast, safe, and confident.
Our dropped clamp design exposes more seatpost to increase deflection, but “more” isn’t simply better. The Pavé seatpost controls that deflection for optimal vertical compliance. Together, they create AfterShock technology, which, when paired with the Roubaix’s rigid rear triangle, delivers a smooth ride with no loss in efficiency.
The Roubaix SL8 is the smoothest road bike our Ride Science Team has ever tested, reducing impacts at the bars and saddle by 53% compared to the nearest competition. With Roubaix’s Future Shock 3.0, the wheel quickly moves over the bump, while rider mass remains stable, maintaining momentum in rough terrain.
