Footbed runs narrower than other mtb shoes I have such as Bontrager, Pear Izumi and even my old Specialized Tahoe mtb shoes. I utilized them anyway and the lack of support on the edges of the forefoot doesn't bother my foot. I have flat feet and ordered the red which provides very little support. I wish I had ordered the blue instead. Still overall the Specialized footbed is an improvement over the hard, thin unsupportive stock footbed that came with my Pearl Izumi X Alp Summit shoes.

It’s like a running shoe insert: it helps keep your foot from turning in or out (which keeps your knee from being torqued).

The first century I rode, it felt like my toes were broken, with numbness for 2 days. I use those same shoes, but with the green footbeds now. I can spend 7 hours on the saddle, and ride the next morning now!

I purchased these insoles based on local bikeshop recommendations. I find the metatarsal button to be intolerable - like having a big wedge cutting off your circulation. After a week of persisting thinking that the insoles would "break in," I have had to give up. My foot and leg were completely numb just from indoor spinning class. If Specialized made an insole without the metatarsal button, I would buy it in a heartbeat.

Great fitting footbed for my brand new road cycling shoes, I have medium to high arches so I needed a good footbed to support my feet and provide good stability these fit the shoe perfectly! I like these a lot so I bought more for my other cycling shoes! What a big difference these footbeds make!!

Very good product. Well made and fits perfectly.

I'm using Specialized Torch 2.0 shoes, which are comfortable for me, but after several hours of cycling my feet start to go numb. I thought I'd try the footbed and it's great. It supports the arch of my foot and it hasn't gone numb since. It's thicker than a normal footbed.

Los ciclistas no usamos el pie normalmente cuando pedaleamos. Por eso TODOS necesitamos alguna plantilla. Estas son excelentes en su forma, livianas, duraderas,, ajustables, transpirables, etc.

I didn't realize this until they arrived in the mail, but the different colors denote different levels of support. There are little plus signs, either 1, 2, or 3, on the different colors, and those denote moderate, medium, and strong support. I wish the description on the web site made that clear.

사고 이후 발변형이 생겨 굳은살이 생기고 다시 갈라져 연조직염으로 고생을 많이했는데, 쿠션보다 아치를 보조해주는 이 깔창덕에 장거리 라이딩이 두려워지지 않습니다. 다만 아쉬운건 좌우 발균형이 다른 사람들을 위해 좌우 한쪽씩을 선택해서 구매할 수 있다면 더 좋을것 같네요.

I have a narrow foot and a high arch so its often hard for me to get cycling shoes to fit right; these inserts are the answer! They fit perfectly in Specialized shoes and I have trimmed them to fit Sidi as well; they make an immediate difference in terms of fit and support. For me, given my foot profile, these are a requirement in any cycling shoe. If you have a high arch, buy these, your feet will thank you.

I love these so much. I will say I have high arches, but these were a tiny bit too high for me, so I ended up with the blue ones instead. They give so much support on rides and make everything much more enjoyable.

I find that the footbeds are a great addition to my S-Works Road Shoes. I have a high arch and the footbeds provide me with the extra support that allows me a very comfortable experience when I am putting in some extra miles. Recommended!!

Good support while pedaling. I’m still getting used to having soles in my shoes, but can already notice the improvement and comfort of having good arch support when I ride.

Somewhat pricey but pain free feet are priceless. I use them in bike shoes and they stopped the foot pain I was having. I also started putting them in walking shoes and found they stopped the foot pain I was having on walks but especially treadmill walking and even treadmill jogging. They are very stiff so ensure you have the correct arch height by wetting your feet and stepping on a surface that will leave an imprint. Smooth cement like a garage floor or construction paper, black seems to work the best.

I've replaced all the inner-soles of all my cycling shoes ( 12 ) and most of my sneakers ( 55 ) - If orthotics / posture is import to you or required, these are the best that I have found. Price is fair if you've ever bought orthotics from a Podiatrist. Well built ~!

They’ve improved my power to the pedals by stabilizing my feet in my shoes.

I was having numbness and discomfort after 40 miles or so consistently. I looked into the high end inserts for $200+ but saw these has solid reviews and were tremendously less money. SO glad I chose these. Been on several long rides now and have zero pain or numbness. Couldn’t be happier!

These were recommended by my bike fitter so I gave them a try. So far I’m happy with them.

My feet love it!

I have used the green +++ support soles for more than a decade with no foot ot knee issues. Works brilliantly, irrespective of your cycling shoe brand. Advisable to check for right-fit and reconfirm this for any repeat purchase - vital to your comfort. My most recent pair feel a bit stiffer.

Gibt dem Fussgewölbe sehr gute Unterstützung (Blaue ++ Ausführung). Ein nach innen abgeknickter Fuß wird somit unterbunden.

They have made a difference in my power output but leveling my foot better in my shoes. They also make the shoe more comfortable during and after my rides.

The inserts complete the shoes for the perfect foot bed.

Nach bikefittiing wurde mir vor Jahren zu der blauen Version mit mittlerer Unterstützung geraten. Was soll ch sagen - in Kombination mit meinen Specialized Schuhen: keine einschlafenden/ tauben Füsse mehr!

They are great for my feet, they keep them stabilized.

I have used the blue insoles for years. I only wish they had an option for greater metatarsal support -- I buy adhesive metatarsal pads and add them under the insole.

These are wonderful!!! They really do help your feet and make the cycling shoes even more comfortable.

These insoles definitely enhance the comfort of my otherwise good cycling shoes and give me 50% more mileage before the same pain threshold is reached. I also had these insoles on my last pair of cycling shoes (both Giro).

My toes aren't going numb on long rides anymore!!

I was going to have to get rid of my Giro shoes as they had no support. Once I inserted these on the shoes the experience improved quite a bit.

I am using in Torch 3 road shoe. I have a high arch, I had the 2+ and it was not enough support for my arch and my foot would ache on long rides. When I first put the 3+ In and walked around I was concerned that it took up too much space and would be uncomfortable. Once I started riding it felt great. I feel like I have improved power transfer with the 3+ insert.

Using the Specialized shoe fitment guide on their website led me to buying these. I just rode a 50k gravel race and didn't have one thought about my feet, perfectly comfortable.

My feet supinate so all of the force on my pedals is through the outside of my feet. These inserts distribute the force across my feet resulting in longer endurance with less pain.

I had terrible hot spots at the balls of my feet so bad that nearly slowed me down to a stop. Got these and i practically PR every ride… Allez!

It's a great product. I had some issues with a burning sensation with my foot while cycling more than 20 miles. After using this product, it has reduced the discomfort significantly. I'd recommend using this product.

This is my second pair of reds. I tried blues but they didn’t work. I installed my second pair of reds recently and they fit perfectly. My old pair are still in great shape with many many miles on them.

Been through lots of insoles, but now I just buy these because they fit my feet and keep me comfortable for at least a season.
