True to size, but I'd sized down if you prefer a tighter fit. It doesn't bulge under the jersey, very comfortable, very breathable and warm fabric at the same time, which was a very pleasant surprise for me the first time I wore it, I'd definitely buy another one. If it's cold outside, wear this base layer and you shouldn't worry about overheating if the sun comes out.

Feels good to wear and keeps you pretty dry on long rides. Does seem to be having a hard time holding up when washed so I'm not sure on how long it will last? Hopefully a long time, overall a really nice under layer.
