VERSATILE: Ride beyond the horizon with everything you need. The Tero X is equipped with up to 1,000 lumens of headlight power, up to 22 lumens of rear light illumination, and an integrated rear rack that safely carries up to 20kg of adventure gear. Oh, and did we forget to mention the extra front rack for 10kg of additional on-bike storage? Sounds like any ride is a bright idea.

The speed limit at which the motor will stop supporting may vary significantly by region and is based on local requirements. It may also affect range: a higher speed limit may result in less range.

  • Specialized Full Power 2.0E Motor with 50Nm of torque and a 530Wh Battery deliver incredible, seamless pedal assistance and long-lasting battery life. With a ride-anywhere range, go up to 68 miles (110 km) or 5 hours on a single charge (eco mode).

  • Specialized app and MasterMind display allow you to tailor Tero X’s power output levels to your desired riding preference.

  • Specialized app gives you added security by allowing you to disable the motor and activate the motion sensor alarm with Turbo System lock.

A dream comes through

I have been riding solely Ebikes for over 6 years to the tune of more than 100 miles a week on average. I own many Ebikes like 7 . All those years every thing I dreamed of for an Ebike this one has . Jack of all trades and master of ALL . The new system of changing the power output by 10% click is fantastic so is the color display for cadence. It is an absolute game changer. If I was to keep one bike this would be it . I will only trade this for the more powerful version of the same exact bike. But this bike with 50 nm has been getting me really fit . Buy this bike and enjoy it. Very practical, extremely well put together.

Great for my needs!

I try to ride about 8 miles for exercise each morning on my city streets that has other traffic, cars and runners, and full of bumps. This model with the fenders and lights and shock absorbers seems to be designed perfectly for my needs. I ordered it online here and had it delivered to the local bike shop and luckily it just fit into my car with the front tire off to get it home (no home delivery available). Make sure you get a Shock-Pump as you will need to pump up the front and rear air shocks depending on your weight, my 230 pounds needed a 600 pound capable pump to get the rear shock up to what I needed it at. The T7 tires that come with the bike are ok but way too mountain-bikey and LOUD for street use so I bought the T5s here and swapped them out. Much better for street use for me (and quieter). This seems to be the PERFECT bike for my needs of a daily 8 mile early morning ride through my city on horrible pavement.

The Multitool of Bikes

Need to commute? Need to hit a trail? This bike just does it all, and does it well. I ride various brands of e-bikes all year in my job, I have an idea of what's good, what's engineered well, and what bikes are worth the chuck of money we invest in them. Don't get caught up in other brands and chasing the biggest wattage motor, this 250W motor is tuned so well and its so quiet, I don't even hear it when riding. The Turbo Tero X 4.0 is a truly solid choice that checks many boxes for most types of riders.

I love this bike!!!!

I had a 2014 BH Neo Jumper before this bike that I rode for many years and put over 5,000 miles on. I was looking for a strong replacement for this bike, not because there was anything wrong with it, but because it was 8 years old and I was ready for new. Giving it to a close friend, I was very skeptical that I could find a bike to love as much as my BH. Well, to my surprise and pleasure, I did. The Specialized Turbo Tero X is that bike! I have only had it since mid-October and have already put 400 trouble-free miles on it! 90 day inspection was without flaws. I plan to ride this for at least another 5,000 miles. AWESOME BIKE! Highly recommend;-)

Very efficient all around bike period!

This bike is underrated. I'm confused in the beginning. Is it a mountain bike, a commuter bike or a gravel bike? The answer is all of of the above. It's capable of single track x-country or all mountain biking, gravel biking and commuter biking. I have around 100 miles in 5 days of ride so far and every time I ride this bike there's a smile on my face! I love the full suspension on my commuting ride. It soaks the bumps and wider longitudinal cracks of the paved roads. I still have the energy to pedal more. I noticed that my range can go to 17 miles with 500-600' climb for 25% battery consumption at my weight of 165 lbs. Wheels and tires are tubeless ready however there are no tubeless valve stems that come with the package. Overall I love this bike and highly recommended!

Amazing

I’m an avid biker that wanted an everyday ride for work and in town trips. My non-e mountain and road bikes are top shelf units costing thousands more, but the Tero-X workhorse is now my favorite. Love the utility, reliability, and confidence it instills on rough roads, bike paths, gravel, and single track. Love the solid fenders and racks (that don’t rattle!) and the impressive speed and range. I now look forward to the beginning and end of every work day! I’ve even found myself doing more errands just to ride this sweet rig. It’s a great marriage of mountain and commuting but extremely capable at both. While I don’t hurl it off the jumps on single track like my carbon full suspension MTB or speed for hundreds of miles like my road bike, I somehow have just as much fun with the everyday use I get from it. Highly recommend!!!

Dropper post too tall

Dropper post is too tall, did bike measurements and program said I needed an extra large, ordered a large and the dropper post will not go into the frame any lower, contacted specialized by way of chat, they said that I will have to purchase a new dropper. Buyer be ware!

A true gem!

I have been searching for an all around ebike that could take me from street to single track. This bike does it all. I did take off the front fender extension for more clearance and added mtb pedals and an upgraded seat. Otherwise, it is perfection. Highly recommend for those that only one one bike to do it all.
