There are two types of personal trainers in the world—drill sergeants and cheerleaders. The Roll Elite is the latter kind, in bicycle form—kindly inspiring you to get out and break a sweat.

With its lightweight alloy frame and fork, nine speeds of "go fast" gearing, stable and wide 650b tires, and powerful hydraulic disc brakes, the Roll does everything in its power to encourage and motivate you to keep fit in comfortable, efficient style.

  • The Roll is made of our A1 Premium Aluminum, and it features our Ground Control Positioning that makes it easy to put a foot down when stopped. This Roll also comes ready with rack/fender mounts.

  • Wide diameter, 650b x 2.3" Nimbus II Sport Reflect tires provide excellent traction, stability, and cushioning, which creates a safer, more reliable, and more comfortable ride on either paved or dirt roads. Plus, the reflective accents of the tire increase your visibility to motorists in low-light conditions.

  • Equipped with our Body Geometry "The Cup" saddle, you can expect a supreme level of comfort anywhere you take the Roll. It delivers on these expectations by "cupping" your sit bones, which reduces pressure without feeling obtrusive or constraining.

Relaxed bike with serious attitude

I recently have been having some problems with my neck and back after an auto accident and I'm not so young anymore. I decided to look for a bike that would allow me to ride while I continue to recover. I wanted something where I could ride more upright. I was initially thinking of something like the Electra Townie. My LBS suggested I look at the Roll. I ended up deciding on the Roll Elite. The picture doesn't do it justice. I got the satin black. The look is distinctive and somewhat aggressive looking. It rides absolutely great and is surprisingly nimble for such wide tires. The single chainring up front keeps things simple but the wide cage and gearing in the rear provides a wide range of gears. The hydraulic disc brakes provide smooth but very capable stopping power. You can carry a heavy load and not worry about braking. Even once my neck is better shape I plan on keeping this bike around. It can be a great commuter and is a great fitness bike. This bike is a joy to ride.
