I used these gloves twice and they completely disintegrated. Holes in the fingers, a huge rip between the pad of my palm and my thumb. I have a pair of gloves from the Dollarama that lasted longer. Dont waste your money on this crap.
I bought a set of these mid-ride, and I'm not hard on my gloves. I live in Southern California, and I took these on my road bike for a 40-miler and two gravel ~15 milers on my rigid hardtail. Before my ride this morning, I realized that the tips of the index fingers (thumb and index for the hardtail, index and middle for the road bike were worn through about 40% and completely pilled up. The fingers look like they're on their second season of hard racing. I have an S-Works helmet I love, so I'm a fan of the brand, but this is Aliexpress-level hot garbage.
I’ve been using the equivalent, now discontinued, version of these for years and this new version is the biggest fall in standards possible, excellent design features like seam free finger tips and minimal construction gone! To be replaced with cheap plastic construction, bad fit, bad function, uncomfortable and for me unusable. Buy something else.
Got these gloves for cyclocross season and they worked out great! Good grip, kept my hands dry and they fit great. Highly recommend!
The overall quality of the gloves is good. But the thumb began to fray on the third day of use.
Not using this for cycling but driving. 5 stars!
Minimal protection great for hot days!
The light material does a great job with breathability. They fit pretty snug around the wrist but are true to size.
4th ride and the stitching on the thumb (left glove) came undone. Would not purchase again.
Specialized Men’s Trail Air Gloves are my go to for summertime riding. Excellent breathability and comfort are the hallmarks for this top shelf product. True to size. I’m six feet and 175 pounds and wear an XL.
Great fitting gloves, one of the only gloves on the market that have the right size palm material so that it doesn't bunch up when you grip the bar, also works great with touch screen
Great fit and super lite breathable fabric.
So, these gloves don't have a writst strap. And while I'd usually think that a bad thing, part of me wants to say it's a negative and the other part says its a positive. Well its still a negative... The reason being is these gloves are a btch to get on. I feel like some stiching is going to tear everytime I try. And please don't be sweaty when trying to mount these. The material is hydrophilic by design, which is great when you're wanting moisture to wick, but terrible when you've needed to take the gloves off to deal with something on your phone, think Strava or texting your buddies. You will need to take them off as they are not touch screen sensitive. Great deal price wise for the Fourth of July sale, but would not recommend. Have worn daily for about a month and they still haven't grown on me.
I love it
Very grippy but no palm padding. I normally wear a medium size but had to buy a large size.
Good quality gloves. The breathable mesh between the fingers is great for warmer days. Used the measurement table provided and ordered a medium, unfortunately a little tight fitting, especially around the wrist. Hopefully they stretch.
Great fit, 100% recomended
Excellent feel like Steve McQueen.
Sizing is jacked up. I’m an XL. The fit across the palm is spot on to the size chart. However the wrist opening is for a tween. I’m not sure if the opening is the same size for the medium and smalls in which case they’d be fine. Otherwise it’s nice construction and materials. Looks durable too
Sizing is way off, I wear a medium in every other MTB glove but the Specialized glove fit like a small. I returned it but seemed like nice material and would have been a good option.
Grips well. Seams dig into my wrists while riding. XC racer.
Love the fit and feel
smaller than i thought
They fit well, are very comfortable, and look great! Really happy with these gloves.
Specialized stuff is usually top notch. I think the quality of this glove is great, but it fits super tight (almost a size small) and the inseam was rubbing against the heel of my palm and my wrist. Not as comfortable as my RaceFace or Chromag gloves.
The fit is great. Not sure about the wear and tear as I've only used it about 10x and so far so good. But... I was told it was good for my iPhone but... it seems to work some times and not work most of the time and I found myself using elbow trying to get the phone to work.
The name says it all. These are a bit more substantial than some road focused gloves, with solid fabric on the back of the hand instead of mesh. The fabric is super thin though, so combined with mesh along the sides of the fingers, and perforated palms, breathability is excellent. Palms are thin, grippy rubbery material, so grip and bar feel are excellent. They fit so nice! I would say they run similar in size to other specialized gloves, so a little bit on the small side.
The seam on the inside of the glove is uncomfortable.
