The new Trail stem is forged and CNC-machined to meet the demands of today's trail riding with a sublime stiffness-to-weight ratio.
It’s a basic stem, nothing flashy. Good quality

I put this on my 2006 XC, went from a 80mm stem to this and my steering response has increased. The overall performance feels better, better at jumping, better downhill. Draw backs are basically that you have to (can) lean more and steer less, but it is an extremely small difference all things considered. Try many stems out and see what you like! For this price you might as well

Had a 50mm version come with my Levo SL, already liked it but the shorter 40mm one is where it is at for me. Great value for a quality stem
I bought an older model StuntJumper and use it primarily for trail riding. This stem is a much better length than the previous one for what I need it for. I'd highly recommend it.
We have a couple of e-dirt bikes and wanted a more robust stem than the stock version. Thanks to our local bike shop we found a quality stem and brand at a good price. Fit and performance, Perfect! Thank you Specialized!
The stem is perfect and exactly what I was looking for. Even the packaging is top notch. My only frustration was with the delivery. USPS managed to lose the package, then found it, then delivered it to the wrong address, then retrieved it and 11 days later it was at the correct address. Look I love the folks at the USPS but events like this just seem to be happening more frequently. Anyhoo...
