Como is a laid back e-bike with a clean look and upright rider position for convenient comfort and style. This full-power electric bike was designed for city streets and comes equipped with fenders, lights, and a low step-through frame, making it perfect for daily commutes or riding around town.

Como offers the best combination of power, range, and usability while remaining incredibly versatile. You will never have to sacrifice comfort for style. You’ll find yourself making up errands to ride it again.

COMFORTABLE: An upright body position and smooth handling are optimized for all-day riding comfort, confidence, and control.

EASY TO USE: The Como's sleek design and step-through frame make the bike an approachable, functional everyday e-bike.

POWERFUL: It’s you, only faster — it’s 4x You, to be precise. The Turbo Full Power system senses the force you apply to the pedals and naturally amplifies your effort by up to four times for an experience that makes getting up any hill or to any destination no sweat. Literally.

SMOOTH: Stay comfortable in the saddle with an 80mm front suspension fork, higher volume tires, and a plush suspension seatpost that smooths harsh bumps.

TURBO: The heart of the Como is its Turbo technology, the advanced and integrated electric bike system that delivers an unequaled combination of power, natural feel, anti-theft functions, training tips, and a full-function bike computer.

SECURE: Como has anti-theft on lock.  Thwart would-be bike thieves by disabling the motor with a press of a button so nobody can turn the motor back on without your personalized pin. For additional protection, the Como's battery locks in the bike, or can be easily taken with you. Beat it, bandits.

SILENT: Turbo Full Power Motor provides smooth, quiet, and seamless amplification for a quiet ride on any terrain.

The speed limit at which the motor will stop supporting may vary significantly by region and is based on local requirements. It may also affect range: a higher speed limit may result in less range.

  • MasterMind and Specialized app - The MasterMind display reveals all relevant info about your ride and allows real-time tuning of support levels. MasterMind seamlessly integrates with the Specialized app for range optimization tools, advanced tuning, on-ride diagnostics, and more.

  • The enviolo AUTOMATiQ Internal Gear Hub (IGH) stepless shifting technology automatically shifts gears based on a rider’s pedal pace, taking changes in the surroundings into account. By selecting a preferred cadence or pedal pace, it allows riders to “set it and forget it”, adding an extra layer of safety and comfort for riders.

  • Proven Smooth Efficiency - We designed a custom testing mechanism to analyze bumps at even the smallest frequency to increase comfort and vision. That precision, paired with a suspended seatpost, higher volume tires, and an 80 mm suspension fork, will flatten roads before your eyes.

  • Turbo System Lock - Use the Specialized app to disable your bike’s motor and activate the motion sensor alarm. Once locked, the motor cannot be enabled again except by the owner.

  • Fully integrated removable and lockable downtube battery - Easy to charge, easy to secure.

WOW - TURBO COMO 5.0 IGH

Outstanding bike! Great ride, comfortable and sporty at the same time. It has lots of power and autonomy and comes fully loaded with many features. The IGH automatic transmission is a must have and worth the additional investment. The rear radar is a very convenient safety feature. I tried many different electric bikes and this one was by far the best overall and worth every penny!

Sweet Ride!

Totally worth it! I love all the cool Radar Tech to keep me safe & it has alot of power. The IGH makes it super smooth to ride so you feel free when you ride. The App is nice too because let's you view your rides ,check battery health & adjust your Ride Mode. I love the Race Mode & in Turbo Mode, while I zip around town. I was skeptical at 1st of Specialized Motors but not anymore! Thanks Specialized!

Very happy

With the addition of a SunTour seatpost, the ride is fantastic. The very best part is not shifting. Have you ever driven a car with an automatic? Well, it's like that. It's really a sightseeing bike cause you don't have to do a lot except enjoy the scenery. I prefer moving my legs so no throttle is just fine with me. On a slow side path, I even shut off the power assist. The internal transmission does have some drag included, but things are fine down to 5% power. After that biking can be a chore. On the open road, biking up hill or against the wind is literally a breeze. You get twice the speed and airflow for the same amount of work. It's the best.

Very Happy New E-Biker

We wound up with the Como 5.0 IGH after a few weeks of riding the 4.0 IGH. Gripping/turning the gears on the 4.0 really bothered my wrist so we upgraded and our LBS was more than happy to help with that. The Como 5.0 IGH with enviolo AUTOMATiQ, what a game changer! Don't get me wrong the 4.0 was a great bike but the difference in NOT having to shift is fantastic. Husband and I are both glad we made the e-bike move and love it. *NOTE: We are waiting for an update to the MasterMind display - we currently must do a hard reset each time we start the display to get to where we see the pedal pace. Hopefully Specialized will be on an update soon as I am sure we are not the only customers with this issue.

THIS BIKE HAS IT ALL!

I was a little fearful when I first heard of IGH. I wasn't sure what it meant and if it would be hard to manage. It's the easiest bike to ride. The automatic shifting is amazing. It is so comfortable to ride, and it has power to go really fast! I used to have to walk my old bike up a hill. This bike just goes whether you are on a hill or flat surface. There is no downshifting when stopping. I absolutely love the technology of this bike!! I have the sand color and I love it!!!

Fit for for royalty!

Just kidding, this is a wonderful bike. I commute over steep hills and trails, and with this bike, I get there not soaked in sweat! The automatic gear shifting is wonderful, the extra push when i need it is too! I got insurance on it, I can imagine everyone wants my bike, too! I like the bright built in lights, the rack that accommodates many baskets, and the mud flows that keep me clean on the muddy trail.

Gliding through the scenery

I wanted a comfort bike with good range. I bought it in April of '22 and as of Jan '23 have logged about 900 miles. I've had no mechanical problems at all. Riding it is completely intuitive and natural. If there is any learning curve at all it's just being aware that it's a bit heavier and handles slightly different in the turns. You can apply as much or little boost as you choose. It's you, only boosted.
