I bought a pair of S-works Evo vent gravel shoes (in the sale of course) and whilst the shoes are awesome the stock footbeds are not, they are too thin and I could almost feel the cleat screws against my feet. Got a set of the BG SL footbeds (green ones) and they are spot on - shoes now fit perfectly and no more cleat crime.

The arch support makes a huge difference in power transfer. I only wish I bought them sooner and they were cheaper.

Shoe inserts, do exactly as they are stated. Comfortable and fit perfectly.

Read a lot on these shoes and others, and the mechanics of these made a lot of sense. First impressions are they do help with power transfer, and are comfortable even on long rides. If you need an insert these are unnecessarily expensive given the cost of the shoes themselves. I think this is hugely disappointing, hence the lose of a star. Throughly recommend them but the price pushes the limit

These were recommended to me during a bike fit. Was suffering from numbness in the foot and pain in the big toe on long rides. Feel slightly unusual at first to have something pushing up against the foot arch but has completely alleviated the problem. Highly recommend.

I fitted these as an experiment to see if they were useful. I had a bike fit a few months back and I did not require any extra support. However I had read the they can be beneficial to 90% of riders so I tried these based on great reviews around the internet. Total game changer. They simply allow you to put out more power more of the time. Everyone should try these out and see how they will improve your peddling efficiency.

I bought the Women's RBX Knickers, really nice fit and comfort, nice high waist band. Only downside is the bottom of legs keep creeping up during rides and end up under your knees! Very annoying as there is no gripper to hold them down. I sewed elastic into the bottom of legs so they stay put.

Great fit for your feet

I have high arches, and have been riding for over 30 years. I have also put up with foot pain for 30 years. I have the green ones, and although the arch support is important, the most important feature is the metatarsal button that keeps the toes from compressing the nerves. I have ridden on them for a year now, and have not had one minute of the hot nerve pain I used to endure before getting them.

I ordered the green insoles when I ordered new pair of Recon 2 MTB shoes. Training for a long distance event and having numbness in my toes with my other shoes. I have high arches. Someone recommended the green insoles as a solution. So when I got the new Recons I immediately placed the insoles on day one. Have put over 20 hours (MTB, road, gravel, hike a bike) in the last 1.5 weeks including some 4 hour days...no numbness!

My favorite insoles to date. (Green) Supports the arch and helps produce a natural power stroke.

These insoles are an absolute MUST!! I'm on my fourth pair of S-WORKS road shoes and I've bought these insoles for every pair. I have a super high arch and have had the greens in all of my shoes. Night and day to the stock insoles that come with the shoes, which I'm sure no one actually keeps... Everyones feet are different, obviously. Depending on your foot and arch, they have all the options, and these are game changers. Really makes them fit like a glove, as your cycling shoes should. Reduces hot spots and foot fatigue. I put over 4K miles a year on my bike and have ridden shoes from other companies and they are inferior to Specialized products.

These were recommended to me following a bike fit. I have a sets for ech of my shoes (road and track). I trim them to the shape of the foot beds that came with each of the shoes.
