Been looking for a transparent/translucent bottle, love it.

As a larger ride who likes longer rides, I appreciate the volume these hold.

I’ve got a Camelbak bottle that gives a nice, consistent stream when squeezed that makes it super easy to use without taking off a full face helmet. This purist bottle just kind of dribbles out when you squeeze it, which works fine for a half lid where you can drink directly from it, it’s basically useless with a full face.

Had other brands of water bottles and had issue with mold because the interior walls had dimples, in smooth surfaces. Was looking for a cleaner option. Bought 3 specialized bottles and after a few weeks they are easy to clean and leave no taste other than what I am drinking. Selected transparent versions for easy visuals for mold. Highly recommend.

Seems like a lot of water bottles these days are going with this "moflo" valve design -- attempting to fix something that wasn't broken from the classic design, and doing a worse job, if you ask me. When you close the valve, water/drink mix trapped between the valve and bottle squirts out in every direction. It's fine when you're out getting sweaty on a bike ride, but be prepared to get wet.
