Like its big brother, this mini version of the LoDown gloves offer our pre-curved palm construction that fully optimizes the hand-to-bar interface. Ultimately, this provides maximum control, while serving up a youthful style on the trail.

  • Non-padded, single-layer suede palm enhances bar feel and durability.
  • LifeLine™ palm construction eliminates bunching, providing a second-skin fit with better feel at the bars.
  • Stretch microfiber cuff allows makes it easy to put the gloves on while providing a snug and secure fit.

Fingers are much too short!

Bought these in size XL for my 9yo daughter. She's tall for her age (4'10"") and these gloves are the right width but the fingers are about an inch too short. I found the sizing guide online (for some reason specialized no longer lists it on their website) and it only showed the width. I made the mistake of assuming the length would be in the ballpark, it clearly isn't. Quite disappointing.

Wore out too quickly

Purchased two pairs of these for my daughter (8) and son (10). While my daughter's gloves are holding up well, my sons gloves wore out and had holes in them after 6 months of use. My son rides hard but does not abuse his gear. My daughter has a more gentle style. He has used DaKine gloves in the past which are much more durable and lasted until he outgrew them. I have replaced these with another pair of the DaKine product instead.
