Designed for Fat and Semi Fat tire bikes, the Air Tool Big Bore Pump packs massive volume-per-stroke, and it features a head that still works with winter gloves on to make it perfect for backcountry winter fat biking.

  • Oversized press-on Schrader and Presta head won't accidentally remove valve cores and can be easily used with thick gloves.

  • Flexible hose attachment allows for aggressive pumping without fear of damaging valve stems.

  • Inverted barrel design allows for high volume in a compact size.

  • Coarse machined aluminum barrel for extra grip.

  • Water bottle boss mount with elastomer band included.

  • Max pressure: 50 PSI (3.5bar)

  • Volume-per-stroke: 90cc

Great pump, not just for fat/semi-fat, but instructions need work.

This little pump is fantastic. The instructions are inadequate, and from the looks of other reviews, it doesn't seem like everyone knows how to work the head optimally. Keep pressure on the back of the button and push the head on as far as it goes, then let go of the button and push down more until it snaps into place. If you do this, it's rock solid, doesn't need support, and doesn't leak. When you're done, push the back of the head like a button until it clicks, then it pops right off without bleeding any air out. The amount of air this moves is excellent. I was able to reseat a half-unseated tubeless gravel tire (650bx52mm), which I've never been able to do with a minipump before. 90cc's per short stroke is more than double the air per pump of my last minipump, and the short stroke lets you pump fast and move lots of air at low pressure.

Air Pump

Nice air pump, the hose that come out of the top is great. It allows for easier pumping and less fuss with the valve stem. Great volume in a little pump. Comes with a nice water bottle mount.

Head comes loose

The head comes loose on presta valves when being inflated vigorously. Which is the benefit of having the expanding hose. To keep the head attached to the valve, you have to hold the pump very steady and then it works excellently. Just wish it had the same thread head as their other pumps.
