Unfortunately a bad light for me

I bought it a year ago & only used it on 1 bad weather race & this year when I went to do the same race in bad wet weather again it didn't last an hour & just died. It is a throw away for me unfortunately. I’m sure it’s great in fair weather

Good, but not perfect

I like the bright lights, good design, compact size, well maded good materials. But there are a couple of things that make it worse, I find the battery capacity pretty small, and hook design is not the best, the hook lies well on the seatbar (who scratches the carbon I recommend a stick on a sticky water vedo), but easily slips off when i hang it on the bag.

Great light

I really like this little light. It’s bright enough that cars will see it while I’m riding twisty country roads. It’s plastic where it makes contact with your seat post. This initially made me worry that it would scratch up my carbon post, but no signs of wear yet. It also stays put and doesn’t twist around the post. I will say that it’s a little difficult to get it on and off around a 27.2 seat post.

Great, small size tail light

Great, small size tail light that can mount at top of seat post. Only drawback is small size means it has a smaller battery, so need to recharge after every few rides.

Clip is no good on a seat bag. Lost on first ride. Great as a helmet or seat post light.

Great light! No problems with mounting if you read instructions!

Very happy with this small light that don't need you to screw something on your bike. Really easy to mount, battery lives forever. I'm riding around 3-4 time a week in the morning, in flashing mode I charge once in 2-3 weeks. People who wrote that they lose this light in first ride - probably not mounter it correctly.

Specialized Flashback rear light.

Light fitted to Specialized seat bag (as others have been)...it fell off during 1st ride and was lost. The clip isnt tight enough! The light itself is very bright and visible...but if you buy one make sure it is securely fitted... you have been advised.

The light itself is great- streamlined, compact, works well and easy to use. However mine fell off within a couple of uses with the included mounting system.

nice little light, won't stay on bike bag

Great little light, but be careful, I hooked it on my bike bag and lost it on the first bump I hit. Didn't notice until I was 20 miles into the ride. Luckily I backtracked on the way home and found it, but the design needs some work.

Now you see it, now you dont

Like other reviewers here I like this light but made the mistake of clipping it to the strap on my saddle bag. It was there when I started my ride but disappeared somewhere en route--my first ride with it! If I buy a replacement it will go on my seatpost. Specialized MUST fix this issue.

I like the light…the size,

I like the light…the size, it’s rechargeable. However if you plan to use it on your under seat pack be prepared to lose it. It bounce off on my second use. The clip could be very easily designed to prevent this from happening. On similar lights I might have put a piece of tape over the clip but since you have to remove the light after every ride to recharge it this is not practical.

i would buy this again and again

this does what it is supposed to do, and more. it is much brighter than other lights i see out on the street. the varied modes are very nice, i prefer the slow blink. it is extremely simple to charge and it operates for 2 hours or more, on my longer rides. the clip is extremely sturdy. it does not attach to my helmet with the included band. but the clip holds it securely to my under seat storage container. i did buy this again and again...i got one for my wife for Christmas.

Remove when cleaning bike

Works great, holds battery charge very well, super light weight. Just make sure you remove if spraying/cleaning your bike. My light took a direct hit from the hose, and moisture got caught inside it, and it was laid to rest in about 24 hours of getting soaked. I had it for 4 months and I've been caught in the rain with it, ran through dense fog, and it came out just fine. But a direct spray from the garden hose was its ultimate undoing.

Great little light

I have several lights over time, but I really like this one, compact and simple to use with an easy mounting that can be mounted in a variety of positions including clothing. Sometimes simple things just work.

I would not recommend

Nice light: well-built, bright, lightweight. However, it has a fatal flaw that would prevent me from buying again or recommending. The clip lacks any sort of barb that would serve as a catch when it's hooked to your jersey, saddlebag, or whatever. It simply hangs without any reassurance that it will stay put, and it did not stay put for me, and therefore I lost mine. Rather maddening, since I really wanted to like this taillight.
