Globe 0-8Nm Torque Wrench

It is extremely frustrating that this torque wrench does NOT come with the”T25 Torx bit” required to install the Globe Adjustable Cargo Rail. It has been such an ordeal trying to get these rails installed on the back of my bike so I can finally take my kids for a ride. They don’t include the torch wrench when you order the cargo rails. So then I go online and I order the Specialized Globe torque wrench and wait another week for it to be delivered and it still doesn’t have the REQUIRED “T25 Torx bit” needed to install the cargo rails. This is super frustrating and bad customer service. Just include the required tools needed for assembly or use standard hex keys so that the cargo rails are easy to install. Geez….

This torque tool is great and a perfect fit for the torque screws on Specialized seat post clamps. I wish my local bike shop had recommended it before I stripped out the seat clamp torque screw with my bike tool.
