Power up to trail riding’s next level and dominate any and all trail monsters—the Turbo Kenevo Super Light melds the legendary handling and all-around big trail prowess of the Enduro with our Super Light electric support to deliver indomitable capability, light weight, and power to conquer more and bigger trails.

The Turbo Kenevo Super Light puts the “E” in our Enduro, delivering more of what you want from your trail ride—more capability everywhere, more power to climb, more pop when you really need it, more adrenaline. More laps, more jumps, more drops, faster rides with fresher legs.

And it does all this with less. Carrying much less weight than bulkier e-MTBs, the Turbo Kenevo Super Light is hyper-responsive and just as willing and able to redefine big trail performance as our Enduro. Level up your trail game.

The Turbo Kenevo SL Comp pairs the most capable e-MTB chassis you can find with a smart mix of components including SRAM’s expansive GX Eagle 12-speed drivetrain, full FOX suspension, and a lightweight, durable alloy wheelset.

  • The Turbo Kenevo Super Light motor/controller system is a full integration of the bike’s 250-watt motor and 320Wh battery with a radically advanced and seamlessly integrated controller. The result is massive power delivered, up to 20mph/32kph, to get you to the top of your favorite descent with just half of the effort, and much faster, giving even more of the quality ride you yearn for, and more of it than ever before possible.

  • Our next-generation TCU2 is your information hub, with customizable display fields including the exact percentage of battery level, and features our all-new, bar-mounted MicroTune function to adjust power delivery in 10% increments, so you get exactly the support you need to experience precisely the ride you want.

  • 29” wheels front and rear deliver a nimble ride that carves circles around other full-power e-MTBs. A generous cockpit centers you on the bike, optimizing traction and corner control. The low bottom bracket, slack headtube angle and reduced fork offset keep things stable in the rough.

  • The Turbo Kenevo Super Light geometry can be fine-tuned for wherever and however you ride. Six distinct geometry settings allow easy adjustment to hone performance in any terrain. Head angle can be adjusted between 63 and 65.5 degrees. Bottom bracket height can be fine-tuned up or down by 7mm. We’ve never made a more adjustable, adaptable trail bike.

  • The Turbo Kenevo Super Light’s 170mm of Enduro-inspired travel is supple on small bumps, devours square-edged hits without a twitch, eats massive G-outs for breakfast, yet still offers amazing pedal response and delivers your power to the ground with total efficiency.

  • The Turbo Kenevo Super Light’s S-Sizing is based on what matters—rider size and style, not inseam. Six sizes, all with similar headtube lengths and standover, allow you to choose the size that best suits your individual style. Smaller S-Size numbers are going to be nimble and more flickable, while bigger S-Sizes deliver more stability and a roomier ride.

Eats jank for a snack

I've had this for a year/650 miles. The variable geometry makes this long wheelbase sled into a capable local trail bike. When raked fully out, it positively murders fast downhill gnar. No brakes = no problems. Let her rip. Picked the wrong line on a fast uphill creek crossing? Kenevo SL don't give a f***. Just keep pedaling and you're up and out. This is the absolutely ideal park bike, especially if there's no shuttle service; turning a two-lap day on your analog bike into a 6-lapper (on one charge). The seatpost must be changed for something better that fits into that tiny seat tube. Stock wheels are adequate, but you could easily drop 200g with a better alloy set. Sram GX shifts great.

Almost perfect!

Amazing rides with this bike! The seat post was too high for me, so I immediately swapped to BikeYoke REVIVE 3.0, which has shorter length yet 10mm more travel. This is the sweet spot between proper electric and non-electric bike. Keeps you in shape while still having fun in technical climbs.

Good and some bad (warning about rear hub!) S5 size

Overall I enjoy the bike. I test road a bunch of other light e-bikes and full power bikes & with a few upgrades & a lot of tuning on the front fork the bike preforms well as any Enduro bike. Battery life & motor efficiency is better than all the competition, the noise from this SL is louder than any other e-bike. I am 6'4" 240 and ride pretty hard. One issue which I tried to fix was the very short 170 dropper post? Is this 2018 still who made that call? I tried to put a OneUp 210 post on but it was mm to big so could only put on a OneUp 180 post on, very disappointing as I notice the seat on the steep descents at my home Mt. Galbraith in Bellingham. The rear hub failed April 2024 with 4 1/2 months of use. Fanatik bike shop deals with this failure every month, my friend has this exact bike had his rear hub fail last summer. Put on DD casing tires ASAP.

I've been looking at buying

I've been looking at buying an eBike for a while, but wasn't sure I wanted to jump straight to the full eBike as I was worried about the weight and how they would ride on the trails. I was riding a full suspension enduro bike and I'm relatively fit, usually first to the top of most climbs, so I wanted a bike that still felt like an enduro/trail bike but just took the edge off the climbing, as some friends are on full eBikes and I was cooked after 5-6 big climbs. I have to say, the Kenevo SL is perfect for me! I'm now climbing more trails, going further, and feeling good afterwards, but it also descends like nothing I've ridden before. It's agile and just flows over anything you take it down, it feels amazing! So far, my longest ride is just over 20 miles and it still had 45% battery, really impressive. If you're relatively fit and coming straight from a non-eBike bike then I'd highly recommend the Kenevo SL, it's mint! It also look amazing, a real head turner, the design is perfect. I'd highly recommend this bike to anyone.

Bananas!

This bike is bananas… go get one! I’m coming from an Epic Evo which I still love. I have bad knees and the pain after rides pushed me towards the Ebike. I can now continue my long rides… and this thing is a beast on the downhill + jumps, just point and go! I get a great workout and can adjust the battery assist as needed. You can hear the motor, but you’ll get used to it. So much fun!

Best bike ever owned in my arsenal of toys!!

By far the funnest bike I have ever owned. Able to conquer more trails in same amount of time. Really curious how this bad ass machine would handle with a Ohlins Coil Rear Shock and Coil 38 Fork. Battery has just enough juice to make a 15 to 20 mile ride in 1.25 hours. Speed demon on this beast. Love it. Gonna buy another one next year and have TWO!!

So far, so good.

Beautiful bike. Like others, I wish the seat post was longer. I'm 5'6" with stubby legs on an S2 and the top of the main dropper post body is at least 3"-3.5" outside/above the frame collar. Upgrading the post will be first on my list. Mud is coming, so fenders will likely be soon too. I wasn't paying enough attention when buying it, but this model has a Fox 36 and not a 38. I know the 36 is lighter, but I wish they charged the extra 50 bucks and upped the fork on this model. Details on the wheels are minimal ("alloy"). Charging is fast. With winter coming and lights becoming necessary, since this is an E-bike, it would be nice if the website dedicated a section to showing compatible lights with the battery system. My wife's Bosch system has additional wires for hooking a light system up. I will keep digging. Overall I'm excited about my bike and enjoy the lighter package over the full power bikes. I find I'm mostly plowing on the full power bikes where this one I'm biking.

The best of both worlds!

The best of both worlds! I have a "full gas" e-bike (a Levo comp) and an analog bike, but I wanted something to ride with the super fit young guys (51 years young here) and still feel like I was riding a regular bike. The Kenevo SL did the trick, at 42lbs (I made a lot of upgrades) I commonly forgot I'm riding an eB and not my Enduro on the descents. Once the trail goes back up that little extra power of eco (and trail here and there, not used boost yet) is perfect to be able to keep pace with the strong kids. I'm a big guy and have had some big rides with the boys and still have yet to completely drain the battery without an extender, if you are looking for more trail/turbo modes you will probably want one. Bottom line if you don't mind doing a bit more work and want a bike that rides like the Enduro does, this is your ebike.

Amazing to ride with some dropper downfall

The bike/suspension itself is VERY good. I love having the flip chip and angle headset to change depending on trails I will be traveling to. However due to the motor raising the low shock design, dropper insertion depth is a MAJOR problem. In the end I think due to the motor, Specialized should have made a Stumpy EVO SL instead. Specialized also dropped the ball with the small rear fender, or they should have also sold a lower rear shock pivot cover, as mud gets tossed into the shock shelf. This is a VERY complicated linkage due to number of parts, and while it works well, this area MUST be kept very clean. I added a front fender to the rear lower chain stay to help with debris accumulation in that area.

I think I found the perfect bike!

I am the owner of an Enduro which I absolutely love. I got the itch for an ebike due to the hills around where I ride in Laguna Beach, CA. I picked up a Turbo Levo and had a blast. For sure a lot of fun but I was covering so much ground with such little uphill effort it was absurd. It helped my riding where I was hitting a lot of trails but it made a large area small if that makes sense. When they came out with the KSL I was amped. Take the best of both worlds and mesh them... booom. I got rid of the Levo and now what I would say is the perfect bike. I am an active guy in his 40's that still wants to feel like I am biking. I have no problem pedaling uphills, but this gives me a little bit of help so I'm not torched after a 1.5 hr ride. Yet the bike is light enough to throw around and it handles any rough terrain thrown at it. Also super fun on jumps. The only thing I would change is a tad bit more torque but my legs can make up that difference. Stoked.

This may be the perfect bike for me

I have been riding a full power eMTB for 2 years and this bike is the best of both eMTBs and classic MTBs. It feels significantly more agile than a full power EMTB due to the lighter weight while still having enough weight down low to descend and jump more confidently than a classic MTB. The assistance is enough if you are reasonably fit. That’s very much ok with me. I now can ride with classic bikes by putting the assistance on 10-30% and it does not feel like a heavy ebike. I can also ride with full power eMTBs on 100% assistance if your group can ride on trail mode. The range has been on par to my full power EMTB. Lastly the suspension design feels like magic. It absorb the chunkiest trails in Southern California. My back wheels seems to hang up less over rocks and while jumping it feels like landing on a pillow. I could definitely feel the additional weight of my full power eMTB while landing a jump. Not so with the Kenevo SL. Amazing bike. The perfect bike for me.
