The Vital Pack concept is pretty simple—conveniently organize and store your nutrition on the bike. To do so, it features easy-to-use straps that connect it to your top/steerer tube. So say goodbye to the days of contorting your body to absently fish through your jersey pockets for a bar. With a single glance, the mesh top of the Vital Pack enables you to survey its contents. But if your preference is more in-line with blindly grabbing on the go, say if you're packing multiples of the same bar or gel, our "no fuss/no look" magnetic closure will complement your style perfectly.

  • Easily viewable phone display allows for a quick glance at maps as well as having a cover that's compatible with touchscreens.

  • Magnetic latch securely holds all of your gear and allows for one-handed access.

  • Organization for your credit card and identification.

  • Dimensions (cm): 8.5 x 8 x 17

Makes the experience of cycling worse in almost every way.

This product does not work. I wanted to like it and for a while, I did, but it is just plain bad. Let me explain. It is fine when you are peddling in the saddle but as soon as you stand up to pedal it scrapes your knees. This is annoying on short rides and injury inducing on longer ones. After shifting my posture to accommodate the bag during a century ride, I developed shooting pains in my knees. If you think 'sod it' and hold your posture and let your knees bash into the side of the bag- not only do you get sore patches on your skin but the movement of the bag strips away the paint from your bikes top tube. Also it is not fully water resistant, making the use of your phone difficult. I also find it tricky to attach to my Allez, as the internally routed cables get in the way and it does not fit to my Rockhopper at all. There are better ways to carry your phone on a bike and the 5-6 bars it can store can find somewhere else to live.

Designed for specific phone and specific bike frame.

The size of the phone compartment is about 2.5 in wide and 5.25 in long, and was designed with a specific phone in mind and not much space for a slightly larger phone. The velcro attachment is not designed with different bike frames in mind. It seems this was designed for a specific phone and bike in mind.

I have second thoughts on this bag

I love the bag when I'm in the saddle. But when I get out of the saddle and pedal it hits both of my legs and I have scrapes on both. Not a fan of that and I will be looking for another bag.

Great product but doesnt fit my phone well

I have a Men's Pitch Sport and this fits snug on the top tube. It was sort of difficult to install onto the bike since the bike seemed to not be made for every type of Specialized bike. Once installed, it fits very well and stays on tight during my rides on my mountain bike, even through rough terrain. I will say one thing though, it does not fit my iPhone Xr unless I take off my thin case which makes it inconvenient at times. Overall this is a very good product and fits everything I need while I go on rides.

Mountain Bikers Beware

I have a new Rockhopper and thought this would be great for extra storage on the bike. Nevertheless, I found out quickly that the weird top tube style on the Rockhopper makes this bag extremely difficult to install. My iPhone 6 fits extremely well though. All in all, mountain bikers beware.
