Vale cada centavo
Esse capacete além de um excelente custo-benefício tem uma resistência incrível aguentou o impacto de um retrovisor de um caminhão que me acertou na estrada e possivelmente salvou minha vida além de ainda aguentar o impacto ao chão. Graças a Deus saí ileso somente com algumas costelas quebradas e logo irei comprar outro capacete igual ou melhor. Obrigado a Specialized pela qualidade utilizada em seus produtos.

Didn't fit me
It was too tight in the temples for me, but that is why I ordered a bunch of helmets to try on and see which one fits. i went with the Allign 2, but this might be a good fit for other people.

Saved my life
Bought this helmet and used it in place of my previous helmet right away. Just doing 10 miles during the week and had a crash and concussion. Every doc told me this should have been worse but the MIPS did its job. Now two days later I am able to write the review. If your thinking about this helmet, buy it soon.

A good helmet for the money.
The Chamonix 2 is a very comfortable bike helmet. It has good ventilation and is very light . My wife tried mine on and insisted that I get her one, as she loved the fit and feel of it.

Fits my head and matches my bike
I was looking for burgundy helmets to match our tandem and found these on sale. I like the orange straps for contrast and the MIPS for extra safety. Different companies make different shaped helmets; Specialized ones fit me and my husband well. (If you have a rounder head another brand may be better.) Delivery was fast and when mine was too small return shipping was free and the next size up fit perfectly. They did run a little smaller than usual.

Me quedó Justo como esperaba que me quedara, Justo, llevo ya casi un año usándolo y es ultra ligero, aun no me accidento para probar resistencia pero debo decir que las correas de broche me lastiman un poco la oreja izquierda, por mas que la ajusto o intento mover me rosa el lóbulo y lástima después de un rato, compré la talla M/L

Great fit, great style!
This is my first ever bike helmet and I love the look and feel of it. The fit is snug and secure without being tight. I've been riding in some hot and humid temperatures and I never feel the need to take it off. I can even feel wind blowing through it. Hopefully I will never need to test the safety aspect, though I am comforted knowing that it has the Mips protection.

Great Helmet - wrecked on gravel
Wrecked about a month ago going 38 mph down a gravel road. This helmet did exactly what it was made for. While I had a minor concussion this helmet absorbed a huge impact on the fall and skidding down the road. If I didnt have this one on things would have turned out much different. Great helmet!

Bueno pero no es igual a la foto
Es ligero, cómodo y compacto, con un muy buen ajuste. El único pero (no es menor) es que compré el Gloss White y el material exterior no es igual al de la foto, no tiene el diseño de malla ni elementos refractantes como dice la descripción. Pequeña decepción ahí. De todos modos buena calidad por el precio.

Perfeitamente encaixado e confortável!
É meu segundo Chamonix, sofri um acidente e o próprio médico após exames em minha cabeça comentou que o capacete foi a salvação! Sou imensamente grato pois na hora da queda senti o funcionamento do Mips, o capacete sofreu várias rachaduras após a queda, mas hoje não ando sem meu capacete com Mips! Obrigado pelos esforços no melhor capacete!
