Most of the review negativity is about minor details. I like these bottles and they do taste better than average, so hopefully they are leaching less petro chemicals into the water....

Two things: (1) When you squeeze the water bottle, the bottle remains in the "squeezed shape" for a long time until the air slowly fills the interior again. This makes it difficult to get back into the water bottle cage. If you want the bottle to come back to normal shape quickly, you need two hands (which is tough when riding a bike). (2) It is SUPER difficult to get water out of the bottle. I consider myself to be fairly strong and my hand was shaking trying to squeeze the bottle (I actually thought that the bottle top was completely plugged or the valve was defective). In decades of water bottle usage, I've never had a bottle that is so difficult to access water.

This might be a good bottle but, I won't recommend if you are a racer or you like to ride fast. It takes a while for the material to get back into shape and sometimes it will not fit the bottle holder or it will not get in correctly and you will have the risk of drop it

It has a good size and the material inside looks good. However, on the outside the material is not scratch resistant, so just by putting in and out of the support a few times is already looking old/very used. Also, the "rubber" material used on the top, from where the water gets out, is not great and has a bad flavor. Not what I was expecting.

The bottle is great but the top requires a lot of “squeezing pressure” to function. The top’s bladder is so stiff that my wife cannot force the liquid to go thru. The top is worthless.

I love the shape of the bottle easy to squeeze. Caution squeezing too hard may give you a surprise splash of water you may not be ready for. I highly recommend this bottle.

It’s a bottle. What more can I say
