Here’s proof you don’t need tons of suspension travel to tackle challenging trails. Equipped with an all-new longer, lower, and rowdier chassis, we’ve added 27.5x2.6 wheels and tires to the Fuse Sport 27.5 to create a bike that lets you hit rocks and roots at speed with absolute control.

  • 130-millimeters of suspension courtesy of a RockShox Judy Silver TK fork.

  • Highlights include SRAM Level hydraulic disc brakes and TranzX dropper post.

  • Wide-range SRAM SX 1X drivetrain provides crisp shifts and gearing to tackle any hill.

Good bike, but overpriced and really lacking on brakes.

Pros: Gearing is great. Frame is great. Tires are GREAT. Dropper does the job. Fork is a big upgrade from the Suntour that comes on most entry level "good bikes." Cons: Everything on this bike is great except the brakes... and they are so bad it almost makes me regret my purchase. SRAM Level brakes are just awful coming from my last bike (a 15+yr old entry level bike that had Shimanos). I feel like this part of the bike is a big step down from the old, crappy bike that I upgraded from, which is a huge disappointment. At this price you ought to get brakes that are at least as good as the worst Shimanos out there... or if you must go with SRAM use a model with a contact point adjustment dial to make them a bit more responsive for those of us who expect to stop when we pull the lever.

Sick

Rode this bike for 2 years, super sick. Crashed hard and it stood up, it's easy to whip and it has some sick parts. Would really recommend to any joeys.

Nice bike overall but overpriced

Nice bike overall but overpriced for the spec in my opinion. The geometry is more modern/aggressive without being too big of a leap from a more entry level bike.

Love it

Got this after being off mountain bikes for about 10 years. This bike is so much better than my last bike, a full suspension from 2004. Everything on the bike works great, I've been beating on it and it is tough as nails.

Good bike, Steer tube cut too short

The bike seems pretty good. The steer tube is cut too short. If in a crash or accidently turn the handlebars too much, part of the brakes may scrape, hit, dent your top tube, depending on what angle you have your brakes adjusted to. Now I have to spend extra time and money trying to raise the handlebars another 10 mm. Really nobody noticed this at Specialized? The SRAM brake clamps clamping onto the handlebars, are a big square chunk of metal with a bolt. They are ugly. Could have speced with with something nicer.

Beautiful, hard tail. Climbs everything

Beautiful, hard tail. Climbs everything and easily maintains traction over everything from curbs to rocks and roots. Geometry is best since the early Spec hard tails. The derailer, the upgraded wheels, disc brakes, light frame are all

Made Tuff

This bike can handle the abuse a heavier rider will throw at it. The wheels, fork & bottom bracket are holding up. I realize I must stay on top of maintenence & possibly upgrade a few components. In sock trim everything feels good. The tires offer good grip, as much as the ground can give. My 1st upgrade maybe a stiffer fork. Overall I am extremely satisfied.

Game changer

The fuse is a tough bike. The plus sized tires gives you the extra grip around the edges which hugs embankments.Comfortable ride all around and the ideal bike for trail conditions you'll find in places like Moab.

Just Wow

I just got this bike, and it is amazing. Absolutely shreds on the trail and is great on jumps. This is my second mountain bike and it is amazing. I can't wait to start learning more tricks and do more intense riding.
