The Turbo Levo SL is a new, lightweight breed of eMTB that harnesses the quick and lively ride of our Stumpjumper...and adds just enough power to introduce a whole new dimension of kick ass. The Turbo Levo SL Expert Carbon features a full carbon frame paired to full FOX suspension and a SRAM Eagle GX drivetrain.

It’s You, Just Going Faster and Farther.

The Turbo Levo SL is effectively a Stumpjumper that lets you embark on ridiculously long adventures with no fear of bonking and helps you snag three laps of your favorite trail instead of just one. Looking for a ton of power and range? Check out our Turbo Levo and Kenevo models. Want a bike, on the other hand, that simply feels like you—a faster you, with the power to ride more trails, kind of you? That's Turbo Levo SL.

Tune it to Your Style.

By connecting with our Mission Control App, you can tune the SL 1.1 motor to your riding style, record rides, and monitor the battery. The motor even has a built-in power meter that transmits to any ANT+ head unit. Don't want to connect? No worries—the simple Turbo Connect Unit (TCU) on the top tube gives you all the control you need to just climb on and ride all day.

• Lightweight, carbon Stumpjumper-inspired frame is pure ride quality and control.

• Ultra-smooth and lightweight SL 1.1 motor doubles your pedaling power.

• 150mm of suspension front and rear, courtesy of FOX's 34 Performance fork and DPS shock.

  • The Turbo Levo SL looks like a Stumpjumper and, out on the trail, feels like one too. That’s no mistake. We aimed to build a Stumpjumper with a bit more boost to it and that’s exactly what you get—a Sidearm chassis with just the right amount of front-to-rear stiffness and 150mm of smooth, custom-tuned FOX front and rear suspension. To top it all off, we constructed this Turbo Levo SL chassis entirely from our light-yet-strong FACT 11m carbon.

Love this bike

I've had my 2020 Expert Carbon for a year and a half now and it has supplanted my Sworks Levo as my number one bike. I love the true mountain bike feel, the responsiveness and the just barely enough assist that allows me to keep up with my fast friends on their acoustic bikes without feeling like I'm overpowered. The SL is the perfect ebike, if you are only going to own ONE bike.

La Bestia Magnifica +2000

I've had my Levo SL Expert Carbon for 1 year and have put over 2000 miles of Western N Carolina mountain punishment on her. Still performs great, range and charging have not denigrated, and no excessive drivetrain wear. Still a blast to ride, still has me grinning. Best mountain bike purchase ever, and I've been riding mountain bikes for 30 years. Local dealer service has been exceptional. Grazie Specialized.

This bike is amazing!

I rode another highly rated Mountain e-bike from another major company. It was lighter than the Levo SL but nowhere near as responsive and fun to ride. This Levo SL is responsive and fun to ride even in eco mode. The motor assist is seamless. It just allows you to go faster and attack steeper hills. The trade off of 250 watts and 39lbs. for the SL versus 500 watts and over 50lbs. on the levo is a good one. The light weight allows the SL to move easily on the trail, it's much easier to get on the rack and carry into the house. Other than the substantial price it is a great bike.

Game Changer eMTB

I was hesitant to get an eMTB because of the downhill sacrifices. This gal makes the uphill more fun and you give up almost nothing on the downhill. She's as flickable as my 650b but can roll over stuff, when called for that type of riding. She can drop big features, but still stays nimble in the corners. My only complaint are the brakes, which for a 29er with a motor could be better spec'd at this price point. I've taken her through the gambit of mountain features in the Wasatch Mountains, Moab, and outside Zion. She's a total game changer for the eMTB genre and possibly, MTBs in general. This is the most fun I've had since learning to ride a bike! I am so glad I waited to buy an eMTB until Spesh came up with this bike. IMHO, it is the perfect mix of acoustic MTB and eMTB thus far. Gorgeous bike! Insanely fun ride!

Love the SL

I have been riding a Levo almost daily for more than a year, and I LOVE the big dog. But when I ride with my fast acoustic friends, it's too much. The SL fills the gap and gives me a great bike for windy, flowy, single track with moderate climbs. It's the perfect choice for riding with the fast kids. I'm fortunate to be able to choose between the SL and my Levo.... they are totally different bikes!

La Bestia Magnifica

I've had my Levo SL Expert Carbon, A.K.A. La Bestia Magnifica, for about a month and it is indeed magnificent. It does everything well, climbs, descends, handles as well as my regular bike. Climbs I used to dread, are now, dare I say it, almost a pleasure. With a high cadence, right gear and mode, I'm having a blast while doubling the miles I used to ride. This bike has me grinning like a possum eating toothpaste!!! Great bike from Specialized, truly Magnificent.

Fantastic !!!!

I had serious knee surgery which compromised my riding in the woods on a regular bike. Bought the Expert Carbon as a bridge until I fully heal. This machine is amazing. It rode just like my regular Stumpy and floated through the rocky knarl of central PA. Well done Specialized !!!!!

All I can say is Double WOW!!!

Two words sum it up ""Powerful/Playful"". Specialized engineering hit the nail on the head here. Very cool paradigm shift. In the past, I rode at minimum 70nm @ 350wh so I was concerned as the SL1 @ 35nm with similar wh rating. So I dug deeper...I guess the software tweeking features took me over the edge. The way you can tweek the SL1 power delivery with the app is really neat. What the heck I took a chance and made a purchase. Well, let me tell you SL1 is all you will ever need! I am 190lbs and this bike is crazy sick as it climbs trails with all the power you will ever need. The stellar point is the light weight. Its like a breath of fresh air, Holy moly a playful EMTB! Today I plow thru miles of technical rock gardens, Scream downhill but I am pedaling like a mad man on everything. It's one heck of a work out that I truly enjoy. The new smartphone application is absolute pure genius. I have my ticker connected and my work out is controlled. Again Double WOW..sums it up.

I am so happy I bought this bike

I rode til the age of eighty my regular full suspension mt bike but it took a lot of will power to pedal up those long steep single tracks. The Levo Sl has given me the extra power to overcome those steep climbs even in eco power mode. This bike is exactly what I have been waiting for its light weight for an e-bike it doubles my power and it rides like a regular MT bike. Great job. Only negative the brakes are noisy and the saddle it comes with is like sitting on a 2x4.

My cattle dog and I can't wait till the next ride.

The terrain near me is very rocky and hilly. Most of the time I would travel to a less demanding trail system thus cutting into my ride time or not going at all. After doing a ride near me on a weekday evening that would have otherwise been a w/end ride I know I made the right choice w/the SL. Pwr plenty, battery still 60%. Nimble. No problem with steep rocky climbs. This 60yr old still had plenty in the tank. Brakes were noisy.
