Dollar-for-dollar, the Enduro Comp is hard to beat. You get the same full-carbon frame as the Enduro Expert and Elite models, loaded with great components that include powerful four-piston disc brakes, a wide-range 1X drivetrain, and capable RockShox suspension.

  • INCREDIBLY CAPABLE - If the Enduro looks like its sibling, the Demo, it's because they share plenty of downhill DNA. A more-rearward axle path reduces wheel hang-up on big impacts. A low- and forward-positioned shock keeps it planted and confident-feeling at high speeds. And balanced chassis stiffness helps the front-end steer precisely and keeps the rear-end tracking like it’s on rails. Add it all up and you have a bike that laughs in the face of the steepest, rockiest trails.
  • ASTONISHINGLY FAST—UP AND DOWN THE TRAIL - Stomp on the pedals and the new Enduro accelerates far quicker than you'd expect possible from a downhill bruiser. To start, we increased anti-squat, so the suspension better-resists pedal bob. Then, to further its efficiency, we re-directed the angle of the chainstay and upper shock linkages for a much more efficient design. The end result? Less bobbing, more speed.
  • FAST STARTS WITH FIT - Fast and fit aren't mutually exclusive, which is why the progressive geometry of the Enduro has been designed for going up and down. To start, seat tubes and stack heights don’t grow massively between sizes, meaning you can now pick a frame size based on both your height and your riding style. Pair this new sizing style with a slacker head angle, longer reach, and steeper seat tube across the line, and you’re left with a quicker and more capable steed, no matter the size.

Best enduro bike out there

I race enduro and downhills no problem pedalling this bike and it is so capable on the downs. I'm just under 6' 1" and ride an s4 size, would recommend

A bike SO capable!

This rig is just so awesome! Even as Out-of-the-box -set the bike it so smooth and fast in any terrain - even climbs really good. But when you hit the descending trails or bikepark slopes you just feel the bike begging you to go faster. The Comp is a good combination of specs and affordability. Go for it!

I like this bike

This is a very elite bike, I have crashed this bike countless times on this beast and I have not broken anything on this bike. I think you should put SRAM GX on it stock instead of NX. Cheers. I am very happy with this bike and I would recommend it to anyone.

Compatibility

I love this bike but the one thing I don't like is that it is not compatible with 27.5+ wheels/tires, I personally like 27.5 wheels for how ""playful"" they are and I feel 29 inch wheels aren't as maneuverable as 27.5.

Best bike to do a little bit of everything

This bike rides great and handles everything likes its nothing one thing i don't like is that the fork does not lock but it doesn't make much and a difference because of how advance it is it takes some getting used to but overall i wouldn't choose any other bike over this one. I do suggest to get new tires because these pick up so many rocks and they send them flying and it gets annoying as well as the risk of hitting someone else

I love this bike

I live in Brisbane Australia, this bike is awesome rolling over rock gardens launching off jumps and climbing. I thought climbing was just marketing talk but it climbs so well it makes me want to climb and descend even more....love it. I've even started riding at night it feels so stable...

The mecca of Mountain Biking

I have not been able to put it down since I bought it. This bike is the whole package. Rides like a smaller bike but comes with the comfort of a 29! Don't think about it. Do it. Buy the bike.

I would definitely buy this product again!

I'm so excited to finally own the new Enduro Comp! I'm looking forward to hitting the local trails to put it to the test. The ordering process was great short of the fact that my first order was delivered with a crack in the seat post. However, the team at Specialized quickly sent another bike to my local shop. Thanks guys!

The end all be all of bikes.

I live in Houston so it's relatively flat. One would think an enduro bike would be overkill here but the bike's streamlined, lightweight design makes it easy and fun to pedal in our local trails. When its time to pack up and head to the mountains however, the slack geometry and long travel make sure I have more than enough bike to carry me through big park jumps and rocky descents alike. Lastly, at 6'8"" 220lbs, the S5 is perhaps the largest bike out there. Bigger than my XXL Stumpjumper, this has been a long time coming and much needed for dudes like me who (think they can) send it big.
