We realize that buying items that are size-specific over the internet is difficult. We try to provide as much information as we can, but sometimes a size just doesn't fit. Or, sometimes the colors don't quite look like they did on your computer screen. So, if within 30 days of receiving your order you need to exhange an item for the same item in a different size or color we can help. We will send out the replacement item within 3 days of receiving the original item back. We will send it Fed-Ex 4-Day, at no charge to you. All of our products come with the regular Specialized warranty. You are getting brand new stuff just as you would if you were to walk into one of our dealers. Our basic warranty for equipment is a 1 year warranty against any kind of manufacturing or structural defects. The only exception is our computers which are covered by a 2 year warranty. For information on if an item is covered by warranty or how to process a warranty contact one of our Dealers or call our customer service department M-F (excluding holidays) between 7am & 5pm at: (877) 808-8154. Please note that any item bought from one of our dealers needs to be taken back to that dealer.
